Question: Can a youtube video count as a 'picture'?

For example: I'm going to take my baby Yan to see me perform this musical in Japantown (youtube), and he'll sit with my best friend (picture) so he'll be safe and sound!

I have a question... Can we draw the images? Or must they be photos?
