Certainly I can! I'm working on some costumes for a show, but doing your chibi will be a great break! For linearts I'll charge 175 for the both of them together. For color,300? which would you like?

The merman, Alden, is generally solemn and quiet, rarely showing emotion other than a light sadness he seems to have in stereo.

As for the human, Ceriss, he tends to be happy-go-lucky and a bit odd, always with a smile, even if that smile is a bit... creepy.
