It's difficult to explain... it's about parallel universes. Imagine, in one universe you're a cop shooting a bad guy, and in another universe, you're the bad guy being shot. It's about a guy who is killing himself in all of those universes until he's the only one alive - that way he'll have all the knowledge and power of all of them, being the strongest person in the universe.
