it's trying to deal with his aspergers and doing it ... he gets so frustrated and angry and then he wants to get violent or storm away. it's really tough for his teacher to get him to do the work he needs to while he's at school. it makes me feel like a failure as a mom that I can't get him to do his work and pay attention. it's very frustrating for me. I have super high expectations of myself that are not reasonable, I know that. but it's hard telling my heart that ...

yes. and I'm very grateful for his teacher. she is awesome. I just really wish he would try more. I hate it when she tells me she feels like she's not accomplishing anything. as it was at the end of the school year last year I had to show her all of the things Gavin had learned. she didn't realize just how much they had accomplished. I guess I just need to do the same for me.

from what I just looked up, apparently it's a cookie. it's a chocolate cookie with a marshmallow shoved in the middle so when you bite it it's like BOMB!AWESOME!!!
