| PA1: Star Twirling Animation Tutorial | PA1: Star Twirling Animation Tutorial
1. Make sure you make the oval match whatever size you make with your stars. Same goes for hearts if you wish to do twirling with them as well.
2. You do not have to have Photoshop to be able to animate pixels. For instance, I animated the twirling stars in this img in GIMP itself.
3. If you do have GIMP, then how to make the twirls go you must keep a solid background behind the stars and the ovals. Let it over lay each other if you're animating this in GIMP. If you have Photoshop, you do not have to do that to get the twirling animation working.
4. In the "Extra Tips and Info." section, if you read it, it will tell you what times and layers I used to be able to make it in GIMP.
5. You can download GIMP here. It's free.
6. However, it is not user friendly. It's annoying and quite frankly, I absolutely hate it. But its the only thing I got to work with now.
