Dear Rental Angency,
I completely understand requiring someone to divulge all info about one's self and charging them a fee to do a background check on them so you will get dependable renters, but to require them to submit this info on an online applicarion is just stupid!
Some of the questions need further explanation and there is nobody to ask if you are doing it right...then the agency has the right to not refund the fee if you don't fill out the application right or happen to omit info.
Then there is the fact that this info is presented online puts one's identity at risk...not to mention that, if you are denied a rental agreement, points are added against your credit because they did a credit check and now my credit score is even lower for any other applications I may need to complete in order to attempt to rent another rental.
All applications should be done in person in front of a human that can offer assistance.
I hate this online generation of things!
