Streaky nails are definitely one of the worst things.

I got some nail stuff for my birthday. Yay!

I got a pale pink and white Deborah Lippmann set which is something I definitely wouldn't have gotten for myself since that brand is usually pretty expensive and a really nice cuticle oil! My actual birthday day sucked because I woke up with a migraine but I had a party Friday night and thankfully my headache went away after my first cocktail. XDDD

My brother is taking me to a University of Michigan hockey game on my birthday as my gift.

I bought some Nude Matte nail polish by mistake. I love high gloss and I've never owned any matte polish. But I am kind of digging this.

I have a topcoat I can use to make any nail polish matte but I pretty much never use it. XD

I have one of those too. I don't think I've ever used it. But I haven't painted my nails in a bit. Had to chop them all down to nubs because they keep chipping. Keep meaning to go to salon and acrylics for the holidays. Since it's not happening before the BF's work holiday party, I just bought those impress fake nails for the evening.

You guys should totally use it. It really looks pretty.

I got three nail polishes from a friend for Christmas.
One was sea foam, coincidence! I was wearing it as I opened it!

and I got mermaid~teal with glitter and another glitter I cannot

remember the name of, but also in a deep teal =3
so I am a glittery hummy now!

Do acrylic nail really destroy your nails? >-o I kinda want to start doing my nails regularly, but I have a lot of trouble painting them. I need like some kind of way to make a border like with masking tape on a painting... XD

hummymom used to do acrylic nails and her real nails were so soft and yuck =(

if you use Elmer's glue you can just peel off the booboo's
and it's really cheap, too =3

Hm. I'm allergic to adhesive (figured putting it on my nail instead of my skin would be ok though)
But...I could try that. I need glue anyway for an art project.
