Okay. First, I must ask--does anyone else read any of the Star Wars books?

I liked Timothy Zahn's trilogy (and his series...... And his other three books.....), and I'm also really enjoying the "Legacy of the Force" series..... I'd love to find someone to discuss it with.

Also, does anybody else think that in a lot of the earlier books, they resembled decent/crappy fanfiction more than an actual series? (I want MY character to be Luke's girlfriend. Seriously. He had way too many romances before they finally shoved him with one person for good. Also, the characters are poorly depicted in some of the other books.)

Anyway. Comments, please?

I've actually been "away" from the Star Wars fandom for about eight years. But I've just started re-reading and catching up with everything I've missed.
I'm currently in the middle of the NJO books but I'll mark this thread and when I get to Legacy, maybe we can have a discussion. :D

I haven't read all of those yet... I'm very slowly getting them, and reading them as I get them. *will wait, though*
