I'm originally from a different game where you can decorate an avi too, and my friend Ali suggested that I join here too. I like it a lot so far, I'm still trying to get the hang of things. :)

In about 2009, I literally googled avatar websites and this was one that I found. I just really wanted a gaming website that incorporated games and an avatar, and that's how i ended up here!

I.was brought here by AliciaNwonderland and Babyblueyez25. I came kicking and screaming but here I am and Ihave no clue what im doing here so any helpful hints appreciated. :)

I actually came back on here after a three-year hiatus, but when I first found this site in 2011, I was playing Gaia and most of the friends that I had made there didn't come on anymore. So I started going on Mene and forgot about it for a while, to be honest I came back here after I was totally done with Gaia's bull (they deleted zOMG!) and now here I am! The community here is amazing, and the people that moderate the site are really helpful and are there when the users have questions, which I really love. The avis here are really gorgeous, too

i found mene when i was looking for alternatives to gaia
because there was a HUGE rumor going around that the site
was going to shut down soon. o < o so i wanted to find a place
where i could meet friends, and where i could tell friends to
join up so that we could still chat and hang out. o u o

i did a google search and mene came up, so did solaris, terrasus,
and ernya. o u o i joined all four of them just in case. terrasus
shut down though, and i never got into solaris. o < o but i still get
on mene every so often when i get reminded that it is a thing.

A friend from another site introduced me and several other friends from said site. :p

Well today is my first day here, as u should no mobion.net is closing March 26th.alot of my friends are coming here an i really hate losing friends especially good ones. So I'm here an I'd love to make some new ones too.

On mobion, as it was dying, I came across a blog mentioning this site. Knowing my virtual home was closing, I decided to give it a try. and now here I am! Learning to navigate this place!

I heard about Menewsha through friends on Mobion.

I'm glad to see a bunch of new people flocking into mene!

When Mobion.net was still around, I heard many ppl from there were joining a site called menewsha so I checked it out and instantly fell in LOVE with it after I joined. And here I am!

I was told about menewsha a few days ago. Then again by another friend today.

Well same as everyone else here from mobi, found out from friends and friends an more friends. An now I love it!

XoGIZMOoX told me about the site. She had lots of good things to say about it. I know her from another site called Cellufun. I read where people said they came here after being on Gaia. I was on Gaia at one point. Haven't been on there for a few years though. I've played mostly on Cellufun. Tried IMVU once. Loved the graphics there, but people said they had lots of virus malware and stuff from it so stopped going there.
