They look like fraternal twins, or a matching couple!

I tried Solia, but I got into trouble and was embarrassed to go back, so I never went back. I liked it okay, but I like it better here.

Thanks~ They're from a roleplay idea I have;
In the past, the other person's character (an immortal character of whatever species) dated Avery (female) but then some things happened and she died. Now, modern time, x years later, the other character has a run in with Avery again - only she's a he this time.

I don't think I ever got in trouble there, what happened?

It was really embarrassing, so I don't talk about it.

I messed things up for me and someone else is all I'll say.

That's the bad thing, when I mess things up for other people.

I don't like doing that.

If it was just me, I'd have been okay, but I kind of ruined someone's friendship with some people, and it was someone really close to me, and she forgave me already, but I'm not going back there.

And I like it here a lot, so it's all fine. I don't want to be anywhere else, except for coding forums.

I like coding. But I like this, too. I like making friends and having fun and it not being all about computers all the time.

I'm pretty sure I'll get back to being active on Mene soon enough; I tossed out a roleplay request thread and an art pricing thread, so I'm just about ready to make my nest xD

Yeah, it was. Lots of art came out of it and there's currently a comic in the works. I can't wait to see it when it's done!

I play Tetris for gold here too, I don't know how to work the other game...I keep dying before the game barely even started!

Tbh, when it comes to shading, or colouring in general, I just wing it, especially with clothes. Slowly but surely I'm getting better, though XD

The helicopter game?
My high score is 555 XD

I only know FFVII, not familiar with the other FF series. Was a bit of a fan back then. My mule's Sephiroth and I've done avatar cosplays of Cloud and Genesis.

The maid thing's pretty recent though, so you didn't miss too much.

Your 'wing it' is awesome winging. I usually try looking for images with a similar shading first and then doing my best to copy off of them (without tracing), but they still turn out horrible. If I do it without a reference, they turn out even more horrible. The only thing I can semi-shade without it turning out to be an utter fail is hair.

I usually die within five seconds of playing Helicopter.

Eh, I just stick to the whole; everything that's on top of something is going to cast a shadow down (often in roughly the same shape as the top layer) and everything that falls down, has shadows going down. Like with skirts or something I used to make some creases that went / or - as well, but that's not gonna work. They started looking better already when I had my creases follow the way the dresses/skirts fell.
