Well I just joined this site some hours ago to see what it's like. I found this place from actively looking for a good avatar community site. I'm from Gaia, not a super old member but I've been there for about a year. I did like it for a good while but o___o the prices are insane and well...the flash does tend to slow my laptop. So hopefully I'll have a good time on here. I'm really into virtual pets/worlds and internet in general XD Anyway nice to meet ya'll! I love active forums.

Well I live in Texas(CST time). My favorite colors are pink and blue. IRL I'm pretty quiet but on the internet I'm more comfortable. I like drawing but not that good at drawing humans. I am into anime like Attack On Titan but there's several others I love that are rather underrated. I don't know what else to add right now.

Thanks guys. I've run across Texans on other sites too :0 I've drawn traditionally longer than I have digitally. I'd mostly draw still life or landscapes. I was good at drawing cats for a while.

I'm awful at still lifevart. I tried a lot in college XD

Ahh sorry ^_^; Those are pretty much only on paper and my scanner hates me. Theres a bunch of others I'm not sure where the sketchbooks are.

Short as in I might had spent 20/30 minutes on it. I normally take a few hours. Yeah the first two are completely from my head. FYI, all 3 are from 2012/2013.

For 30 minutes that is some very pretty artwork

Hm the first one I got was a Bamboo Pen tablet, only $80. You might be able to get it cheaper now. Ooh pixel art o3o sounds like fun.

Pixel art is very fun nut surprisingly hard

Nono it's a small graphics tablet but it doesn't have multitouch. They just called it the Bamboo Pen tablet.

Mhm :3 I'd recommend it for someone just starting out digital art. I now have an Intuos tablet(medium size) and it's great, also very expensive |D

Yeah. my best friend does tablet art sometimes. she also does it by mouse though it's really fun to watch.

does your tablet show the art on the screen or the monitor?

Na it just shows on my computer screen. The real fancy ones are Cintiques or however you spell them |D Very very expensive.

aww that's a shame. I wonder. can you make tablet art on ipads yet?

Hm not sure since I don't have an iPad. I THINK there are a few drawing programs for it where you can use a stylus and stuff to draw.

Oh ok. that's cool. just tempted to look into getting one for my friend if it'd be a good mobile tablet :)

Hi there. ^^ Poet told me about your art, so I came by. It really does remind me of my own, I love the soft coloring style that is as though it were watercolor paints perhaps. I see Poet mentioned I made art with my mouse. lol I have a tablet too though. I like seeing the art of others.
