I do have Adblock, and I've quit going to sites that are ad-heavy. Mostly.

I wish I could get it for programs not on the internet, like Spotify, for example. Having to listen to a commercial every few songs gets irritating. At least it's music though.

I used to enjoy Pandora. But within the past few months, my computer started acting up and not being able to do much at all. I can't listen to Pandora and surf the web at the same time. I switched to Spotify so I could still get some music enjoyment.

I miss Pandora though.

That's a shame. I usually just play music on youtube though, but likely wouldn't handle that huh?

I can watch Youtube videos if I'm staying on that tab. If I have a video running and try to switch to a new tab, the video stops and starts buffering horribly.

If I'm watching videos, I can stay on youtube, but if I'm just listening to music, I've got Spotify for that.

Yeah, it's great. I love listening to rock and metal, mostly.

Pretty much anything but rap and metal.
I just like to be able to understand my lyrics

I know what you mean. I don't like screaming metal, I like stuff I can understand too. There are some pretty decent metal groups out there, though I can't name any at the top of my head.

When you said Death Polka it made me think of that leek spinning song to the tune of death metal

For the longest time, my favorite song from him was Virus Alert. That song is just so catchy and wonderful.
Of course, White and Nerdy is way up there too.

So true but I have sheltered parents so one of those lines would have gotten me in trouble if I played it too loud XD
the animation was gold though.

my favorite though is probably I'm fat or Amish paradise

I love Amish Paradise.
I know what you mean about being sheltered though. I grew up pretty sheltered myself.

xD I have no idea how parents think anymore. Often they have good intentions, poor execution. Ah, but we love them anyway.

Very true. but very few execute well. And a lot of people admit early on they have no idea what they're doing.

which kinda hard to prepare for

Yeah, having children is a huge life changing event. I've had friends who've had over-protective parents, and I've had friends with well adjusted parents. My own were a strange mix between the two, which made for a very strange upbringing. It's all a confusing mess.

It always is confusing
I think some of it depends on born traits too though
