I like sushi, though all that I've got to try is a frozen pack that they used to sell in Aldi here. It was good though, with two pieces each of salmon and shrimp nigiri, cucumber maki and California rolls. I like wasabi too, but then again I like horseradish so I'm going to like wasabi as it's pretty similar plant I believe.

Actually, the wasabi in the packs that I bought was a mixture of wasabi, horseradish. No green though, so probably more horseradish than anything else!

I love sushi and wassabi in small doses. I don't know what it's called but I like the one with the Sweet Omelet on top, and also the one with Squid and the one with imitation crab meat. Now I think i need to make some lunch. XD

I went to one of those sushi bars with the revolving belt. Like the one's in Japan. I was amazing. My favorite was on with tempura battered shrimp sticking out of steamed rice with some sort of creamy sauce over it. Everything was delicious.

But I prefer to call them Cali Maki. It's the Japanese way to call it that. I like Shrimp tempura dipped in Soy sauce too!

Oh, one time my friend sniffed up a whole chunk of wasabi into his nose. It was so funny.
But then his nose bled from the spiciness. Ha ha.

Heh, I don't really like sushi but I had a lovely experience with wasabi. My friends and I watched the properly-named movie Jackass and saw a stunt where Steve-O snorted wasabi. Of course, being the teenage boys we are, we attempted it with some I had in the fridge (I'm trying to learn to be an Asian chef). Nobody would do it, so with the aid of twenty some dollars and some change, I took a straw and did it. One of the most uncomfortable sensations I've ever felt.

mmmmmm, sushi <3 Delicious. heh, wasabi :sweat: i like it in small amounts ^^ but once, my friend who had made some secretly shoved a bunch of it into a few of the pieces. well, i sadly grabbed one and stuffed it in my mouth. well, at least it cleared my sinuses out :sweat: but let's just say she wasn't allowed to make any mroe sushi wiithout me watching after that XD

I always see sushi and it looks so good, but I just can't bring myself to like it. I'd really like toaquire a taste for it, but I kind of suck at doing that. I epic failed at trying to get myself to like tea. I guess I'm just not meant to have sophisticated tastes. :roll:

I've never tried sushi. I've always been a little weary of it, as the memory of a bad case of food poisoning caused by fish lingers in my mind. I love the decorative ways that it's often presented in though.

The first time I tried sushi, it was at a restaurant with my sister and it tasted good. The second time was when I bought it from a store and it was too spicy.

Muuu and we just passed a sushi restaurant as we were coming out of the gym this morning. And I asked for some but my mum said no. She doesn't really like it. =A= So we're gonna eat boring stuff instead.

I have only had sushi with rice and cucumbers in it because I can't eat it with crab and stuff like that since I'm allergic to those type of things. I really liked it, it was yummy :)

i've tried sushi, but that was when i was younger. i can't really remember how it tasted like, but i don't think i liked it very much. it wasn't until l8r on in life did i figure out that there are different kinds of sushis. it'd be nice if i could try all of them so i could try to find which one i actually like. i don't really like fish that much, so...

To be honest, sushi freaks me out a little. Personally, I don't know why you would eat raw fish. I think it's kind of gross..

Oh my gosh, now you've totally got me craving! My favorite is tempura California roll with a soy wrap. Those things are so good, I could live off of them! I used to work with two women who, I swear, were trying to one-up each other on how much they could eat. They would mix that glob that comes with sushi with a whole bunch of the powdered wasabi from the store and soy sauce. They'd soak their sushi in it ::shudder:: and just pop it in their mouths like it was nothing. Every once in a while they'd get a glob that hadn't mixed in and we'd all crack up.

Yes, yes, I like sushi a lot. I always get the caterpillar roll, I can eat that entire thing. Dragon roll is good too.
