I saw The Avengers a few weeks ago and I loved it! C: I was pretty late to the party because I wanted to see it when the theatre wasn't too busy. Also I'm poor so... :lol: I hear that they're making a second one which is great! I love Loki, Thor, Iron Man and Captain America. I really want a Captain America hoodie. Also, I think my friends and I are doing a group halloween costume this year and going as The Avengers. I'm Captain America.

The best quote in the film (in my opinion) was destroyed for me by two of my friends. They saw the movie before I did and played that quote to death so I never found it as funny.

Thor: He is of Asgard and he is my brother!
Black Widow: He killed 80 people in 2 days.
Thor: He’s adopted.

There was quite a bit of controversy over that quote though. One journalist was adopted and didn't find it funny, so she had a shit fit. Some people are too sensitive for their own good. :roll:

That was one of the best quotes ever. I agree that some are just too sensitive.

There is also going to be another Thor and another Hulk. They said in an interview that coming up with reasons why the other Avengers are not there helping them was going to take some creativity. I really am looking forward to another Avengers movie. Perhaps, with some luck, they will add a few more characters.

The action scenes were spot on. You can really see the character development between everyone.

I totally agree. I was truly impressed with both the interactions, character development, and particularly the way each person had their own unique personality.

We went and saw it in IMAX. Probably the best theatrical experience of my life lol. I've never EVER had a movie give me chills XD. I absolutely loved it!

I can appreciate that :D I love that movie to pieces and want to see it again so bad. The scenes were well done with the characters all acting and reacting in character. And each character stayed their own individual, that was the best part :)
