Sorry. D:
Haha, well this one is nice too!
How's that situation going so far?
And oh gosh! D: Is everything okay though, damage-wise and all?
Irene wasn't bad here at all. We had dark skies and some rain on Friday, but Saturday it was really sunny and just lots of wind.

Thanks. ^^;
I dunno. It seems difficult for all of us to get along here. His siblings are always causing problems.
We didn't really sustain any severe damage but power was out for over 24 hours and there are still felled trees and power lines to pick up. I don't think there were any serious injuries or anything in our area, it's just going to take a bit of time to get everything up and running again.

Awww. That's lame. D: Maybe with the added stress of the hurricane, it's made it worse?
Or maybe you guys just clash. =\
Hope it lightens up for you though.
Ah okay. That's good it wasn't severe at least. Hopefully the clean up and everything goes smoothly! Hurricane going up there, crazy.
As crazy as that earthquake that hit!
Wacky stuff going on.

We clash. All of us. Not just between the siblings and myself but between sibling and sibling as well. V_V Yesterday was even worse than usual too because we all had to sit in the same room for most of the day to have light. >.<
Yeah. My finace is supposed to go into the city tomorrow but the train schedules still aren't up yet. I'm hoping I don't have to drive him to the further station to get on but I'm probably going to have to because the line here has some issues with flooding I guess.
I actually didn't even feel the earthquake. I didn't realize anything had happened until my fiance pointed out that the water boiling on the stove was sloshing around a bit.

Yeah I was watching the news and saw all the footage of rivers overflowing and washing away buildings and roads and stuff. I don't think it's near you, but it's still a bit crazy to see since it didn't do anything here.
I didn't feel it either! I only found out when I saw something about it on Facebook. Some extended family in North Carolina said that they saw their car shaking and just thought something was wrong with the car.

Well I talked to his sister the other day so I think we'll be okay for a little while until she decides to get pissed off at me for doing something that will piss her off without knowing it. We're all still having problems with his younger brother, the slob. We really need to talk to him but I don't think it will go over well asking him to stop being a five year old and waiting for other people to pick up after him.
No, we didn't get any of that here but the rain line is down and my fiance has to go into the city today so I'm going to have to drive him out to a further station. I'm kinda annoyed about it but there's nothing you can do really.
LOL! A lot of people though it was just them. There was someone who had just given blood that said they though that that's what made them dizzy. And then there was everyone else like you and me who didn't even feel it. And then there were the people who said it was the scariest thing, blah blah. I thought that was so stupid, they live in the same town as me, I doubt the force of it at their house was much more than where I was.

Oh that's good that you were able to talk to her at least. Sucks about the brother. Dang. Good luck to you with that! I'd probably be holed up in my room all the time if I had to live with people I didn't really get along with. @ _@
Yeah. What can you do~
Lmao! The people that gave blood thought it was just them? That's kind of funny. xP Yeah, I didn't feel it, but I can somewhat understand the panic. I mean, I've never felt anything like that; so I can't even imagine what I would do if things started shaking. xD I do have a fear of the earth just opening up beneath me and swallowing me whole so there's that to consider too.
Afterwards though I probably just would've been like "Phew! That was scary."
Oh, you're not big into scary things are you?
There's a comic I found that scared the crap out of me; so I like to share it. But I don't want to give you the creeps with it. xD

I do that a lot but during the storm there really wasn't much to do but sit together in the one room that had light. I still have problems with his sister but at least I don't feel quite so stressed about them any more. His brother is definitely still peeving me off though. He's 19 years old and still leaves his garbage/other stuff around just to see how long it will take someone else to pick it up for him. It makes me so angry because I hate seeing all the clutter sitting around but I shouldn't have to pick up his crap all the time. It's just a game to him and it really peeves me off because it's like we're all just here for his amusement.
Yeah but the ground hardly shook at all and it's not like they were in New York City where you have to worry about entire skyscrapers coming down. I mean it's scary but some people were saying it was the scariest thing EVERRRRR. V_V
No, not at all. I never watch horror movies and a lot of gore bothers me. Your comic would probably end up giving me nightmares. >.<

Ah yeah. I get really bored whenever we have to shut our things off for storms, so I can't imagine no power. :XD
Though I think I'd sleep the day away and read mostly.
Man, that's messed up. What a lazy ass. That would piss me off bad. What's his plan for life?
 I guess maybe they've just lived comfortable non-scary lives. Right now I think the scariest thing for me was going up to my house and seeing the window smashed in.
Oh! I'll spare you then. xDD I ended up looking for the translation of it (it's in Korean) at night, but then I couldn't go to sleep for another 2 hours.

I didn't mind it since I had books to read and games to play on my DS but everyone else was getting grouchy because they couldn't text or check FaceBook, etc. I was going to take a nap until one of them invited a friend over to play loud board games. V_V
Yeah, he has a tag on the floor in the dining room, a cup left on the table, and an empty can of Mountain Dew left in the living room. Oh yeah and the dirty socks in the bathroom and the single sock that didn't make it into the wash on the stairs. They'll all be there for at least a week until someone else picks them up, most likely his dad. There's no way in hell I'm touching them myself. I think he wants to be a sports announcer or something but I'm not really sure now since he keeps changing what he's going to school for.
Oh no, what happened! I hope someone didn't break in...
Is it one with an anime girl walking down the street and then encountering this scary zombie? I saw that one on tumblr, it was really creepy. T_T

Ah. They need to have their own books to read and stuff! :illgetu:
What board game were they playing? O .o At least the power is back!
Gosh! D: I don't think I'm the tidiest person, but gosh! I don't leave clothes just laying around and my stuff just anywhere.
Especially if I was living with more people. Sheesh. I wouldn't touch that crap either. :talk2hand:
Ah. I can understand changing your mind concerning what you want to go to school for, I'm still not 100% sure on mine, but I am working towards it at least. Is he even going to school?
Yeah. That was back at my last house. Someone broke in, but didn't take anything. They just knocked some stuff over and left through the back door. :XD It's not as bad thinking about it now, but gosh that night it happened and the days after were a damn nightmare. We slept with the couch propped against the backdoor and a chair propped against our bedroom door.
Yes! That one. I saw it on FB. This girl that had never posted anything scary before (but was known for liking scary things) posted it with the status "Uwaaah. Guys, this is so cool."
Totally not cool! Ugh. As soon as the head turned around I screamed and scrolled back up.

They did but they were grumpy even so. We played Catan and Uno.
He leaves his underwear on the bathroom floor on occasion. His dad walked by and put the dirty sock on his doorknob today, LOL! He's going to a community college at the moment.
Eeep! That does sound pretty scary. I thought you meant it happened the day that you wrote that on here, not in the past. >.<
I didn't scream but I sort of scrolled through it quickly. V_V I think it was a little less creepy not knowing what it said.

Oh I see. At least it's cheaper~
Haha, sorry about that. Yeah, it happened over a year ago. And we have a security system now and live in a better neighborhood.
I scrolled through it slowly. Looking at each picture.. D:
Yeah, it's not as scary not knowing what it says. I kind of wish I didn't know.

Catan is a settlement game. You try to make settlements upon certain types of land to gain their resources to build. Each type of land has a number on it and when that number is rolled you get that type of resource. It can be fun but also long and aggravating. We only played like two games of Uno before giving up.
Today after cleaning pretty much the entire house I asked him if he could take care of his chocolate milk glass (and assumingly the one his girlfriend used as well) and he got really pissy with me. I was just going to leave it there and not wash it to teach him a lesson but that never works out because in the end his dad will take care of it for him. So I decided to take the mature route and ask him calmly to take care of it. He just walked into his room and closed the door. Nineteen years old and he can't put a single glass in the dishwasher. I wonder what his place will look like when he moves out.
That's good then. ^_^
What sorts of things does it say?

Oh wow. Seems pretty in depth. * o* Reminds me of Monopoly and buying properties and all that. Really, I never got into that part of the game. xP
Haha, short games. I haven't played Uno in a long while. I think the last board game I played was Life probably a month or so ago. I think that's my favorite board game.
Gosh, what a complete douchebag. I can see not listening to your parents or whatever, but a guest? Especially if you were cleaning. I'd make sure to keep all my stuff straight! That's just rude. And he has a girlfriend?! Ew.
He's probably just going to be a complete and utter slob.
It's basically saying what you're seeing in narrative. Like you see her walking down the street, "I was walking down the street." But basically it's about an urban legend. Before I read the translation, at the end, I thought the girl beat up the ghost and it was funny, but then I read the translation and that was not the case. @ A@

Hm, it's not really like Monopoly though because you don't own those properties, you just build settlements on them so you have access to the materials they have to offer. It's more actively competitive than Monopoly and requires a good amount of strategist. I'm not sure I have a favorite board game; there are quite a few that I enjoy.
And to make matters worse, right after that he went on FaceBook and updated his status to "I wish murder was legal." For simply asking him in the exact words, "Can you take care of your glass in the sink sometime?" he wants to kill me. I wasn't mean about it, I asked him calmly and maturely to put a cup in the dish washer and apparently that warrants death. He has A LOT of maturing to do.
Ah, I see. The link I followed didn't have the translation or anything, I think it was the artist's page.
Man, I really want the new CI's but only for like two poses on each item. >.<

Well yeah I didn't think they were that similar, I was just stating the difficulty I had with Monopoly. xD I figured it was harder than that.
Another one I like is um... Cranium!
Uh wow... Yeah. I wouldn't able to live there. I'd be so pissed and a little afraid for my life. It seems like he has a lot issues that I'm not sure just maturing would fix. He needs some counseling. O .o
Yeah. I had to look for the translation (which I found on Tumblr xD).
Aww. Well you have a month to decide if you want them!
Oh, we watched "Rise of the Planet of the Apes" last night. I cried like 3 times. They had some really really sad parts. ; o; It was a good movie overall.

I've never actually played Cranium. I'm not a big fan of Monopoly; it's never seemed like a very entertaining game to me. V_V
Last time I stayed here I had more problems with his girlfriend than I did with him. I think last time he was more beaten into submission by his girlfriend and didn't have as much energy to argue with us or something. He's seriously been on his man period the past few days though since he's been extremely b****y lately. It's getting quite tiresome really. I can do everything there is to do around this house, clean it, supply it, stay out of everyone's way, not say a word, and still I'm somehow an inconvenience. Last time it wasn't like this but maybe they viewed me as more of a guest last time. Who knows with these people...
True but I want to decide now! It doesn't help that I'm super indecisive though. V_V
I'm probably not going to see it. I really hate monkeys, they're just not my thing. >.>

You should try it! :D I liked how it had different like.. categories. You could draw stuff, mold stuff, act things out, or just answer trivia questions. Makes me want to play it.
Yeah, and depending on the people, it can be played differently. I still don't know if I've ever played Monopoly the "right" way.
Gosh. :( I commend you for your patience though. At least, it seems like you're having patience. -hugs- I think you're a better person overall anyway.
Haha. I say get them. I always like having things if I can~ If that makes sense.
Ooh. I used to really dislike monkeys. It's lessened a lot, but they're still not my favorite animal or anything. But I did like the movie because of the graphics and all that.
Yeah! I checked them out, but I still like this hairstyle. XDD
I am psyched we have them though, at least to see how others use them. I really like the Sephiroth-looking one. I think that would be beneficial to FE's mule. Haha.

How many players do you need to play?
Aw, you shouldn't be so down on yourself. I mostly try to avoid everyone here, it's not the greatest way of living but it hopefully leads to the least amount of problems. I moved down here to be with my fiance and I'm happy to be able to see him all the time now but living with my mom was much easier.
But how? Cash or gold? I sort of feel like I should buy them with cash to support the site but I haven't completely made up my mind yet. That's probably what I'll do though.
Ah, I dunno. It's probably a good story and stuff but I just can't get past the monkey thing. V_V
Yeah, I'm just using a remade one for now since I don't think the new ones really look that good for this avi but I really do like them, it's nice to have something new, especially some longer hairstyles.

Well the first time I played it was with just my husband and we had a blast playing it. :XD It might have been that moment or something though. We've played it again and it has its ups and downs.
Down on myself? :XD
I'm not sure my love for being around someone (especially since he has work so he's not there all day) would counteract the negative vibes from multiple people. It would get to me. x .x
I would try to avoid everyone too if I was in your position. I wish you well for the future, definitely!
Yes, cash! :3
Celes Paradi is coming up so you'll want to save your gold too.
Haha. No worries. Lots of good movies out there without the monkeys! We just watched "I Am Number 4" too. Have you seen that?
Oh yes. Even though I don't use lots of the new things we get, I appreciate them all the same. > w<

Oh crap, do you know when? I sort of forgot about that event. >.<
My fiance was reading the book but then stopped because he decided he didn't like it. We haven't gone to see the movie and I'm not sure he's planning to. I'm going to get X-Men: First Class when it comes out next week so I'll watch that with him but other than that I'm not sure we'll be watching any movies for a while. V_V
Yeah, I like that one too. And I know what you mean about having things but not always taking advantage of them. In my book the more hairstyles there are, the more likely there are to be better matches when I try to do cosplays. ^_^

@ Iku: LOL! I'll have to look around and see if there is a copy here.
No, that was for work. He's a journalist that usually works from home but on occasion he goes to media events so when I took him to meet the train that was one of the times he was going into the city for an event.
I've decided we're going to go to the beach tomorrow. It'll get us out of the house and away from all the annoying people here for a while. I think it will be refreshing though I'm sure the beach will be super crowded. T_T
That's still really helpful. I'm sort of skeptical though as we never did have the event last year even though they said they were just delaying it if I recall correctly. Maybe my memory isn't serving me right though...
The new X-Men? I saw it twice in theaters because I liked it so much but my fiance hasn't seen it yet.
hummy: I know what you mean, I feel the same way sometimes but you shouldn't feel intimidated, just drop on in, I don't mind, the more the merrier!
