My mom is really allergic.

awww he's beautiful! i love orange and white cats!!! *snatches Bently and hides him in her basement* my orange kitty is at my mom's house, and sadly i can't bring him home. he despises me now. :(

Awwwww maybe he's jus angry you're not around? Bently got angry at my boyfriend for a bit and played hard to get when he went with me on vacation for 2 weeks. Bently wouldn't come up to him at all. He'd just pretend my boyfriend didn't exist. He came around eventually and now they're best buddies again.

hmm it all started when i brought hubby home. :( they don't get along very well. hubby teases him. besides we have five cats already.

:( any sign that he'd warm up to your hubby or the other kitties after a while?

i dunno, they've known each other about seven years now. he still hides when we go to my mom's. wish i could bring him home.

i think the maine coon cat doesn't harm people with alergies.

those really don't affect people with allergies? :o is there any way to be certain they don't before buying one? I'd hate to tell my friend she could get one of those and she does and gets all attached but can't handle it allergy wise :(

and the fishies are really cheap at the pet stores and at wal*mart.

Wal-mart has lots of fishies. Well...ours doesn't, but I know some has a LOT.
