Oh, I'm in southern Arizona. I have my own plot of land with a lot of shade but it's too warm. My strawberries can heat up for the rest of the evening, I don't care.

Too hot to bother with strawberry upkeep!

I know Hummy! I mean, I spoke to her a few times, not much. But I do know she's very nice.

Ilonka; It got up to 102. Before two in the afternoon. I took care of the berries for half the day, keeping them cool, but they're on their own now. Already they're massive, and I've collected a lot.

oh yes! a small one though. i brought all the plants that the old lady had before us back. and have been adding some. :) the people inbetween us and the old lady the yard go and alot of her flowers suffered. but i got her petunias to come back.

I'm glad I live so far away from others, Ilonka. I can do just about anything. Oh, my patch is already sporting very large strawberries. I worry for their wellbeing in the heat to come, but I'll have to watch them carefully!

I think I did murder it, Papi! I mean... I tried to make it live but it withered and browned. I mean... What does that teach you? I'm less nurturing than a desert.

By the way, looking at this thread, it seems Ilonka is the good triplet, you have a bit of good showing in your hair, and I'm entirely bad.

hehe I'm still trying to make my hair a lighter pink. so far no luck. But yeah, Ilonka's the good one and I get to be the middle ground.
