Once upon a time...
I was born on September first, nineteen-ninety-two, in a hospital in Vannes ( A city in Brittany, France). Into the world without complications --- well, not to my health. My mother gave her life to give me mine, dying during childbirth and leaving my father to care for my through my early childhood. I grew into being a tomboy, playing in mud and wrestling with the boys I had befriended, the only real mother figures I had were the maids. When I reached the age of five,my father remarried, to a vigorous woman named Samaria. Bringing in not only my step-mother, but my two step-sisters. And though I wasn't particularly fond of them, I held my tongue because these people made my father the happiest I had ever seen him.

When I was seven, my father and I got into a car crash. Casualty note - One death on impact and one intense injury. We'd just got the family together two years earlier... It felt like it hadn't been enough time for it to prosper. My step-family became the only thing I really had. Of course since I was so young, Samaria inherited all of our family riches. And she sat out to make it better for her children, whatever the cost. I moved up to the attic, it's not as unpleasing as it sounds, it was just out of sight and tiny. She got rid of one or two of the maids and had me fill in for them. By the time I was nine, I felt like a domestic Superwoman.

I entered middle school along side my step-sisters, that's when they began to actually treat me like dirt along with Samaria. Since I can remember it's been, "Ella do the dishes" "Ella cook me something to eat" and "Ella do my chores". At the end of middle school my step-mother decided she had had enough of France, and had us packing up the house. She fired the last of our help and moved us within walking distance of Walter Elias Disney private high school --- which I got into easily --- I want to be a photographer --- and Samaria paid the others' way in. We moved into a rather large house, which I bet was bought thanks to that insurance money Samaria got from my father's death --- and as before, I am located in the smallest room of the house. Though I don't really mind. We entered highschool and before I knew it my step-sisters had climbed to the top of the food chain, I was on the yearbook staff, and I was finding myself crushing on a boy that I will never be able to get.

Once upon a time...

Alexia can't give you a sob story about how bad her life was, or how she never got anything she wanted, because it wouldn't be true. Her mother and father always gave her whatever she wanted, never beat her, and they didn't even give her any chores, but she did them anyways. She was able to get whatever she wanted even though she mostly wanted books. Her father never stopped telling her that she was beautiful and even though she said she believed she never did. She always had a heart for mystery and peace so when she met beast she instantly fell in love but that almost didn't matter when she met Chesire, the most mysterious kid in school. She never liked Gaston because he was so stuck up, she always hated when he would follow her and ask her why she would always read all the books that she read. She was pretty much glad that she never had any popular friends and never fit in because she didn't want to go through all the lies and everything that came with popularity. She always felt like her life was in the books she read, but even today, after she had read it nine years ago, her favourite story is Beauty and The Beast and one day she hopes she will be able to go through the same adventures as Belle.
