~Plot synopsis~
In the year 2050 A.D. it was discovered that certain human children had the genetic potential to evolve beyond our current state. After a brief period of experimentation many amazing abilities were garnered: Telekinesis, Pyrokinesis, manipulation of elemental energy, even magic. A special school was set up by the government to educate these special children, it is called Colichemarde. The school teaches these children how to use their powers to better society, but not all of the students want this. Where some see unity, others can only see the possibility of discrimination, for humanity is cruel by nature. A revolution is brewing and you must choose your side, neo-human or human.

~Description of Colichemarde~
It is an expansive school covering about 50 acres, housing and food for students are payed for by the government on a scholarship basis. The main schoolbuilding has two floors and the dorm buildings are on either side. Specialty classes and labs are held in the building behind the school. Colichemarde is miles away from any city and is situated at the base of a mountain.

-Have fun with it, if you have a good idea on how to spice up the plot, introduce it and see how everyone reacts.

Bio: It was found that he had the potential to be a neo human when he was 15. His parents thought of it as a godsend for they were a poor family and couldn't afford his education. Sebastian thought of it as a curse, people look at you differently, sometimes with awe, but mostly with fear.

Bio: Christian left his family when he was fourteen and roamed the country looking for support of a neo-human revolution. He discovered his powers at a very early age, but kept them a secret.

Ability: He's possessed by a demon a lot like the one possessing Jackie estacato. The difference is that He can actually create black energy that absorbs all light, to the extent that it seeks out light bulbs and eats them. His other powers are basically the same.
Personality: Usually irritable and quick to violence, but rather nice when he's had his caffeine.
Bio: He was born into a highly religious community and was of course reviled when his affinity to darkness was discovered. By the time the mysteries behind neo humans were unraveled he was in his twenties and of course couldn't be a student, so the government set him up a job as a teacher. He's a specialty trainer that teaches children that have powers with a darkness affinity (I.E. shadowpuppetry, dark matter manipulation...)

Character name: Tarence Vairfield
Age: 24
Picture/description: A man of medium height and build, his eyes are cold, toneless green, hard and almost uncaring. His hair is a dirty blonde color, bordering light brown. He's always wearing a green medic's uniform, a memoire from the recently ended 'Resources War', the treaty between America and China having been signed a scant year ago. (it's the year 2050. Besides, we are gonna run out of oil eventually.) He still has nightmares and constantly wakes the other's with his night screaming.
Ability: He can compress and shift air into a flammable substance, sometimes ignited only by the shift of feet on wood flooring.
Personality: Cold, distant, and sometimes cruel, he's almost uncharacteristically soft toward teh sick or wounded, having been a medic during the recently ended war. He teaches Health and first aid, something he does rather well. He always talks on curt, emotionless bursts of words, unwilling to speak more than that for fear of breaking down into far overdue tears.
Bio: (Ho shit! Forgot this! Curse my skimming!) He had lived a rather normal life up until his father had him join that army. He was trained to be a medic and, soon after, he was sent to battle on the Chinses front. Worst five years of his life. There was never enough to eat, he was always cold and cramped, and, during a particularly nasty winter, had nearly lost his left foot during a particularly nasty bout of frostbite. He discovered his ability to create flammable air when their camp was raided and he was staring down the end of a Chinese rifle. The man had been ordered to take captives, but his finger had slipped, causing teh shot to ignite the air around him, the stuff tarence had unintentionally converted. He barely spoke or slept for the next few weeks. Eventually he was sent home and assigned as the Health and first-aid teacher of the gifted academy for some 'R&R.' Observation was more like it.

Age: 17
Picture/description: He has very long red hair, and dark violet eyes; 5'9, and very skinny, he is leaned muscled.
Ability: Pyrokinesis
Personality: Intelligent, hotheaded, a bit rash and very passionate about the things he belives in, likes cats and he can be a bit antisocial.
Bio: Kry is a special case, it seems that the government found him, though the details of where and how they found him are classified, government staffs actually brought him to the school and informed them to keep a close eye on him. There are rumours though that he murdered someone, some governmental official but..those are just rumours. His parentage is unknown and he refuses to tell anyone his real name. He calls himself Kry and expects others to do that as well.

Age: 17, about to turn 18
Picture/description: A tall man with natural light blonde hair. His eyes a calming, bluish color with many brown speckles. He usually just wears a button up shirt and a tie with dress pants.
Ability: Air fluctuation and soundwaves.
Personality: Loud and boisterous, he'll often start abbling in Russian. He's also rather perverted and will constantly hit on the male student population, just to see if he can get a rise out of them.
Bio: Born in Germany to a tourist couple, he was considered a German citizen until his parents managed to plead that they themselves weren't German citizens themselves. Being rather wealthy, Ivan had grown up to enjoy many different powers and influences. He holds a rather high dislike for humanity.

Sebastian yawned as he stretched back in his chair. He felt the teacher's angry gaze on his skin, for he was laying sideways across two desks, basking in the sunlight streaming through the large picture window. Sebastian turned his head lazily and gave the teacher a bored 'what are you gonna do about it' look. He repositioned his glasses on his nose with one finger, and gazed at his rowdy classmates with apathetic icy blue eyes. His many thin metal bracelets clinked as they slid down his arm, glinting in the light.

If it were up to him, he wouldn't even be in this place. He felt trapped, caged like an animal. To him it always felt as if eyes were on him. Kry grit his teeth, today his long red hair was in a single braid down his back, it reached nearly to his ankles. He tugged at the collar of his shirt for a moment as he sat in his class. His seat somewhere close to the back and he was only half listening. He wanted to be outside so his thoughts were mostly on being outside. More accurately his thoughts were along the lines of wanting to...climb a tree.

The balding middle aged teacher walked around the classroom handing out test papers. Sebastian looked down on his with disdain, but picked up his pencil and mechanically filled in the answers. The administrators were all excited, calling him words like prodigy and genius. But just because he was able to retain massive amounts of information and answer questions correctly meant nothing. He would never use these things, this 'physics' and 'history'. No, he was only ever happy when in motion, gracefully disabling stronger opponents, calculating weak spots and trajectory. He reveled in the melody of combat. Sebastian glanced over at the clock, brushing his snow white bangs out of his eyes. There was still an hour left of this inane class.

Kry's body was tense, he wasn't even sure why they kept him around, very rarely would he do his work at all. When he did do it though, almost all his answers were usually correct. He didn't care though, the only joy he found was using his ability. The warmth that ran through his body and just..the feel of it, the knowledge that he was doing something most people only dreamed about doing. His elbow rested on his desk, his chin cupped in his left hand while his right hand rested on the table and he drummed his fingers on it. Almost girlish nails clacked lightly against the hard surface of the desk, nails that were painted a fiery red color. His purple eyes were half lidded as he concentrated only on his inner thoughts and not the class he was in. It would be over soon.

Sebastian tapped his foot impatiently as the clock made it's slow progress towards second period. Finally the bell rang and everyone began to shuffle out. Sebastian smiled and grabbed his pack, bolted out the door and headed for the gym.

Kry was on his feet almost a second before the bell. He was very anxious to get out of his first class. It was so boring. With narrowed eyes, he casually slipped out of the class, his long legs carrying him quickly out and down the hallway towards the next room he was supposed to be at. They just seemed like it was passing way to slowly for his tastes, he scowled at everyone he passed, most of the other students kept their distance from him anyway, because of the rumours.

Oh God he was BORED. Skipping class helped a lot to ease that ever present nag, but it never truly went away. Ivan jerked, grumbling a small curse as the bell rang, lifting his head from it's position on the tree trunk, having been boredly watching the leaves twist and sway in the breeze. Other students were mulling about him now, causing him to grit his teeth uncomfortably. How droll. Why were they so intent upon reaching their classes only to be looked down upon by inferior beings? It made no sense to Ivan. But then again, not much did anymore. Not since he found out he can pop a man's head just by changing teh air pressure around his skull. Nothing had been the same since and no one had ever found. Best part.

Alright..enough was enough. He had sat through his first class without causing any trouble..what more did they want from him? Oh, right. They expected him to go to all his classes without causing any trouble. He grit his teeth, anger blazing in his violet colored eyes as he moved through the hallway. He would kill them, when he found out who exactly it was that had sent him here, some government officials. He knew that much, but which ones? His right hand clenched into a tight fist as he made his way out of the building, he needed some fresh air..he'd take a break and then go to wherever it was he was supposed to be next..ah..that tree looked perfect, nevermind someone was already under it. They could either share or roast. Long legs carried him quickly to the tree and he sat under it..his back against the trunk, he was a bit tense, afterall, there was a person behind him. "...."

Ivan tensed for a moment, the feeling of someone on teh other side of his tree causing him slight discomfort. "Eh...Привет..." he murmured, hands clenching into fists as they rest in teh grass. He mentally cursed his parents, silently hating them for the manners and etiquite they practically drilled into his brain. They even taught him how to speak proper English and even American customs so that he could go to this damned school. He hissed, clenching his teeth as he remembered the conversation his parents had with him, the yelling and cursing, and the scornful silence that followed. God, he hated them.

Kry nearly flinched at the Russian greeting, the corners of his lips quirked downwards, just a hint of a frown. "Don't speak to me." His voice was calm and low, a monotone. He hadn't come out here to make friends or to talk to anyone, he had just wanted to get out of that building. It was so stuffy it made him feel like he was suffocating to death..or close to it. He crossed his arms across his chest and closed his eyes. Well, he was rude, but so what? Afterall what did you expect from a cold blooded killer that the government wanted to use as a weapon? At least..that's what one of the rumours were..though all the rumours were nearly the same, the part about him being a cold blooded killer at least, the reason for why he had been dumped here was always different. He sighed lightly.
