This is no ordinary candy store! It's a HAUNTED CANDY STORE! Just kidding! It's actually a very ordinary candy store where kids come in and try to steal our candy, or boyfriends buy chocolate for their girlfriends, or people just come in just to chill and eat our candy, but they bought it of course.


Every once in a while we would attract beings that aren't supposed to exist. Creatures like mermaids, fairies, ghosts, vampires, elves, etc. But on rare days the candy store would be filled with all sorts of beings.


Anyways just hop on in and let the sugar come and take you into my candy store.

Mac and Macy, the owners of the CandyPop Palace, started to lounge around their store feeling very bored. The two twins act very alike to each other. They could be exact clones of each other but the only thing keeping them from being clones is their gender. Macy tapped on the counter with the cash register and started moaning, "This is such a slow day.... Mac why is it soooo slooowww?"

Mac put his head on a table where people would sit at to eat their candy and he replied, "It's nine am Macy, stop complaining or you'll make me complain too... Ughhhh." the two siblings soon filled the store up with their moanings of boredom as they waited for people to come in and start buying candy. Macy didn't really like to feel bored and neither did her brother. But they have each other, why are they so bored? Well the answer is that since they're so alike they just want to do something different for a change. So right now they're pretty much complaining on how bored they are.

"Interesting...I don't think people expect to hear a room full of groaning...especially when walking into a candy store of all places." Yue said as his brother Yui pulled him into the candy store. The brothers were regulars at the store and would spend endless amounts of time there. Though... this was probably the earliest that they'd ever come.

"Who cares. I just want candy right now. You said you'd treat me this time." Yui responded, making clear exactly why the two were walking into a sweets shop so early in the day.

"Did I? I don't remember that..."

"Liar! You're just trying to get out of paying for me!"

The two paused in their bickering for a moment to greet Mac and Macy before Yui latched onto Yue and started shaking the older blue haired boy by the shoulders.

The twins heads perked up at the same time grinning as they realized customers finally came in. When the customers walked in the door would make bell sounds alerting the owners that people are here. As Mac and Macy glanced to see who their first customer of the day was they were surprised to see their regulars had come in early and bickering. The red head twins laughed with their tinkly laughs except Mac's laugh was deeper since, of course, he's a man.
Macy walked up to the brothers smirking as she had a surprise hidden behind her back, "What are you guys doing here this early?"
Mac realized what his little sister was doing and approached them too putting his arm on Macy's head using it like an arm rest, "Ah, it's fine Macy... At least they won't let us feel bored now.... Right?"
The red head girl nodded still hiding the surprise she has for the two candy loving brothers, "Oh yes! Of course, now we have a little surprise for you two!"
Mac smirked, "This surprise will be yours if you answer our riddle!"
"Yep, answer this riddle and the surprise will be yours! Brother dear, will you tell these two the riddle?" Macy asked still hiding the small present behind her back.
Mac cleared his throat, "What building has the most stories?"
"I'll give you a hint!" Macy said feeling somewhat generous today, "It's a place where we read books at." Macy knew she was giving them too much information, but she couldn't help it. These two brothers are her favorite regulars, and she wanted to give them the surprise anyways.

Yui stopped shaking his brother as the twins approached and turned to face them as Macy spoke. Yue leaned onto his younger sibling, wrapping his arms loosely around his brother's shoulders. They were technically twins as well since Yue was the elder by only about five minutes, but Yue had dyed his hair blue as soon as he found out the wonders of hair dye. Yui had settled for just dying the tips of his black hair red. They listened to the red-headed twins quietly, they always did like surprises, good or bad.

After hearing the riddle, the brothers exchanged looks and Yue responded with "Library." as Yui responded with "Bookstore."
Yue furrowed his brow and shook Yui slightly. "Whaaat? They're basically the same thing since they both have books..." he said in a childish voice. Yue hung his head, letting his forehead rest on Yui's shoulder. "Can you tell us if we got it Macy? I don't know how much longer I can refrain from strangling my idiot brother here." Yui stuck his tongue out and grinned brightly at the red-heads. "He loves me, can't you tell?" he joked, earning him a smack to the back of the head.

"Bingo!" the twins shouted throwing their hands up in the air. Mac was actually a tad bit disappointed because his dear little sister told Yui and Yue a lot more information than needed. Even though he wanted to give them the surprise without them receiving any hints, but Macy had a soft spot for those two so he didn't mind. Macy grinned and handed them the surprise, "I agree with Yui. Bookstores and libraries are practically the same, except you have to buy the books from the bookstore. Well, anyways here's the surprise! A coupon for getting as much candy as you want for one day! Use it wisely because this offer really doesn't that often!"
Mac rolled his eyes an grabbed his sister and put her into a headlock while giving her a noogie, "Knowing you, you would probably give them a month's worth of free candy here."
Macy chuckled and got out of her brother's headlock gracefully and laughed at Yue hitting Yui, "Yep, I can totally see the brotherly love there. So heartwarming."

((Lol haha, I do that all the time with Mac and Macy xD))

Yui extracted himself from Yue's grip and latched onto Mac, hiding behind the other male. "Why's everybody ganging up on me today?" he whined, getting a small chuckle in response from Yue, who had reached out a hand to accept the coupon. "thanks guys." He grinned at Mac's comment.

"Makes sense, we are your best customers." "Nowhere else is worth going to~" Yui popped up, a lollipop in hand while another one was in his mouth. Yue sighed, removing his glasses so that he could run a hand over his face. "Guess we'll be using this coupon today. Little baby over there couldn't wait to get here and didn't leave me any time to grab my wallet." Yue said, holding the coupon back out to the twins.

It was true, in his haste to get to the candy chop, Yui had dragged his brother out of their home and ran the entire six blocks and two footbridges to get there. Yue snatched the second lollipop from Yui's hand and stuck it in his mouth, ignoring his brothers sounds of protest.
