Yeah - I did think about it. XD If I were trying to go for a "perfect" cosplay, I totally would actually. XD Because it's about as close as you can come on Menewsha without pixel editing. XD

I'm one of those people who typically only considers cosplaying (in real life, I mean) as characters I don't have to make the trouble of getting a wig for. XD So I figure why change my avatar's hair/skin/etc if I didn't have to? >_>

For a "perfect" look, I might just go ahead and change my avatar's hair color just long enough to get a copy of it. LOL. >_>

I've been wanting to do this cosplay (Sailor Moon, I mean) since... I suppose when I saw the big red bow on the bustiers (which was actually before they were in stores). XD But the only white shirt that would 'work' for the cosplay wouldn't layer overtop the bustier, so the moment these tank tops came out, I thought about it. The deciding factor was when the repixeled boots came out. XD

XD Well - you can actually do that now... Change your avatar to male and equip the item. Then change genders back. :3 That's how many people are sneakily equipping cross-gender clothes. XD (Also, Yumehayla doesn't want to unisex the harem skirts. So until she changes her mind, it will be male-only for awhile. >_> Better to 'glitch' the system. 8D )

I wonder why she doesn't want to unisex them. D= I was told that they would become unisexd eventualy, and that they only needed some repixeling. D= Oh well, the glitch should work out just fine. Quick question though, after I change genders, can I equip more items on without it also taking off the skirt? =0

I thought about cosplaying on Mene before, but I don't know who I'd do. x3 Maybe I will come up with something in the future. x3

She doesn't want to unisex the Harem set because she promised everyone that the harem set would be male only. She grudgingly allowed the headdresses and sleevegloves to be unisexed, but she seems to prefer that the rest of the set stay male-only...

I was able to add and subtract items without losing the hakama, but if you unequip the item or put something on that's on the same layer, you'll have to switch genders again. XD;

I know it's been requested that a female set comes, but I honestly have no idea when that'll happen. XD; There is a drawback to events. XD;

I only bought the fighter boots because they were repixeled. XD I didn't want the old versions at all. >_> And two new colors to play with makes it gold! (Er - awesome, since one of the recolors is gold...)

I hope you do. XD It's a bit of a different sort of challenge - to find all the items you need to make the cosplay recognizable. XD

XD I abuse my mule too. He's not allowed shoes, ever. And very rarely new clothes. XD The Phoenix Jubilee event was the only reason he was allowed new clothes - 'cause I could get them cheaper. Bwhaha. :V (I did end up spending about 2,000 gold on him, though. So he can't complain. Before the event, he had only three items in his inventory, if I recall correctly...)

I'm considering getting the gold/white fighter boots too... They seem versatile enough. :3 Well... I might just go ahead and get all of them. They're cheap. XD I could buy all four and I think they'd still cost about as much as one pair of shoes I'm saving up for now. >_> And as Jurupamae pointed out.... somewhere... (I forget where) - they're pretty '80s. XD

I can say that you can totally look forward to the next event. XD We're doing our best to perfect what we learned from the Phoenix Jubilee. There are two user events to look forward to before the next staff event...
