Greetings and Salutations.

As you can see in the image below, during the latter half-ish part of the movie, the Crow has electrical tape around his torso and hands (due to a part they cut out where he self-harmed and the bleeding didn't magically stop because that harm was not a part of his quest).

Now my question is the following: When I equip the black wrappings around the torso (as seen on my avatar now) and the Basic Black Muscle Top (as seen in most of my signature images), the Black Top covers the wrappings, which is the opposite effect of my desired outcome... I want the wrappings to be on TOP of the shirt.

I was wondering if there was a different simple black shirt that this would work with, or if it simply doesn't work, or if there is a way to appeal this to the item developers.

No, the wraps are meant to be on the underwear layer, so everything will layer over them. Sorry!

And I seriously doubt they'll be moved to a different layer. It makes sense that they're rather low on the layer list. You could try one of the buckled corsets -- the black one. It's got gold buckles, but that's the only thing I can think of that'd layer over a shirt.

The buckled corset is female only however.
A Glammy's balck waspie could work.
It's on page 19 of Accentuate at 297 gold.
It has no chains or anything, but you can add some, and perhaps a belt to add some effect.

He could glitch the corset on though. I do that with male items all the time. He just needs to switch to female, put it on, and then switch back to male and it'll stay there.
