Glad to hear pumpkin made it through alright.^^ Nothing worries me more than a pet going in for surgery no matter how common it is.

My mom would go crazy wrapping Christmas presents.(no surpirse)She would use this paper that was so thick it felt more like fabric and hot glue them closed. then she would take the wire edged ribbon and make these huge bows on top. It was crazy. Thankfully shes toned it down a bit, but as crazy as it was man did it look awesome.<3

lol French speaking aliens, that is a hilarious thought. I wonder if the crazy people in France have French speaking aliens... or is it just America with the crazies? :P
I go crazy with ribbons and paper. I go crazy looking for paper pretty enough to be under my tree. I take so many things into consideration before buying it XD haha. and ribbon colors that go on the presents must either compliment or stand out from the paper it can't blend in. because there is no fun in that >.>

My mom has gotten funny lately with wrapping presents - last year our Christmas presents were wrapped in Hanukkah paper and 'ethnic' paper.


I buy wrapping paper at the dollar store, this year mine has snowmen on it, and I have leftover tigger paper from last year.

I like to re-use shoe boxes and stuff for gifts so I wrap the top, wrap the bottom, and tie it closed with yarn so that way the paper doesn't need to be ripped and the wrapped gift box can be saved and re-used next year. :)

I also save gift bags that are given to me and I re-use them so I don't have to buy new ones. I rarely buy wrapping paper and gift bags because of that - I store them all in a big bag in the attic and pull them down when I need them - and I store old shoe boxes and stuff like that on the top shelf of my closet so I can pull them down when I need them.

I was really happy when they called adn let me know that he made it through ok. and even happier when they told me it was only $37.70 for the procedure + the shots. >.< Sure beats te $150 it cost us to get Boo fixed a couple years ago. Of course, she is female and happened to be in heat at the time that we took her in. Which made it even more expensive >.<

I am no longer in debt! ^-^ I'm poor, but it's all my gold now.

And besides, somehow I managed to make three 500 gold payments in the past three days. o.o If I can make 500 gold daily, I should be fine.

I re-use shoe boxes and other type boxes and gift bags I received. It just saves money doing that.

I save gift bags too XD Normally though I wrap presents up then put them in the bags with tissue paper. I have a ton for baby showers. I need more friends to get pregnant so I can give them away XD

I used to do with with gifts too. Now, since I have two jobs I mainly just put in tissue paper and stick the gifts in without wrapping. I just don't have the time. I'm not the most perfect wrapper and it takes me a while to make the package look nice.

I have fun playing with the wrapping paper. I don't have it down to a science yet like my mom does, but I am getting pretty good. She wraps perfectly and I do the decorations XD <3

I love decorating, wrapping, and making bows. I'm not perfect, but I'm practicing.

O: yay snow! I'm glad I'm not the only one that enjoys playing with it so much XD I'm sure they still look lovely too <3

XD me too! which is good. Because Kura is obsessed with Balloons. I should have just gotten her balloons for Christmas. I think she would have been thrilled with just those :P silly kid. at least it is simple things that make her happy. ^^;;

My two little sisters would love that too. They always seem to have the most fun with the silliest things. Playing with pots and pans...even though you went and bought them their own play kitchen set. xp So silly<3

speaking of which. I wanted to get Kura a kitchen for Christmas. maybe next year XD I've spent more then enough on her already. :P

Next year sounds good. I notice if the girls get too many presents, they abandon some of them. :/

I know Kura will abandon some of her presents I'll just give them to her again next year. haha. I'm so evil. But with as many presents as Grandma and Grandpa are getting them there is no way she would NOT get too many presents. >.< oh well.
