Hi Hummy!

catching up. people don't like the happy bubbliness? o.o why? sometimes I think some people must want to be unhappy. being around happy people is just more fun for me and its easier for me to stay happy myself. people's attitudes and energy levels really change atmospheres. at least for me. Since I'm an art major my finals are all a week early. so i took that week off of work to get my big projects done. and when i went back everyone else was just starting their finals and they were all so down and stressed. that's the only time I can really say working at the srfc felt bad. I just hated being there. i was ready to ask richard (our IT guy) if there were possibly a way to connect to our server wirelessly (there isn't, as far as i know, because its a safety measure) just so I could take my laptop elsewhere and work away from the tired/grumpy/cranky.

lately though, I'm the tired one. >.< i felt so bad for shaun. he was here from thursday until just now for our anniversary weekend. i spent most of the time in our hotel room asleep just cuddled up next to him. or sick. idk how much is the baby and how much is the meds i'm on right now. which reminds me.. my dr wants to start me on something called Provera. not depo.. its something else. and I didn't understand him when he was explaining why. to him he said its a safety measure for the baby because of the PCOS since I have high DHEA he wants to bring that down. but then i've read mixed things about it online (none of it seems to talk about DHEA). some seem to say you use it to get pregnant along with metformin since it should restore an ovulation cycle for those that don't ovulate. but most seem to say the moment you know you're pregnant to stop because it's dangerous for baby. I don't know what to do now :( and I called his office last wednesday and they said I'd hear back friday. by friday around noon I called them again and they said next monday and its monday now and i'm about to call them again when I think they'll be back from lunch. I don't know if I should take it or not take it. i feel bad either way I think. if I take it and its bad for the baby, I'll feel bad. but then not taking it already is making me feel like I'm doing something bad for the baby. >.<

isn't depo the birth control shot? Why would you be taking that anyway?

I've never dealt with these meds so I don't know what to tell you.

You may also be able to talk to a pharmacist about it, they're quite knowledgeable about these things, and almost always available to talk to when you have questions.

That's a good suggestion Mellie...

Unfortunately, Empress once a drug is FDA approved, doctors use it everywhere. That is why I feared being induced this time. I read about a drug that was used in inductions that was harmful. I had it with Michael I am pretty sure from its description. I was put on an ulser med after Sean was born that was meant for heart problems just a ton of random drugs being thrown about...

Yeah, what's up with that? It's like they just give meds out like candy even if it's not a med you need. :/ What you don't need blood pressure meds? Take it anyway! You don't have heart worms? Well take these pills for fun then! :D :D

I has a headache.

We went to the Gary Sinise and the Lt. Dan band, it was a lot of fun. Danced with the kids the entire show and got to hang out with some of my friends. Totally awesome. Though the loudness has rendered my partially deaf for the time being, and with a headache. *sigh* Or it could be lack of fluid, since I was also sweating like crazy this morning during my one hour on the elliptical, and again while dancing with the kids okay, that wasn't really sweaty...it was just tiring. But I hadn't had much to drink today so I think it's all catching up to me. *sigh* Just downed a glass of juice, and I'll be chugging water in a bit. Hopefully that clears away this head ache!

Sakura is sitting here with me as I type (we just got back from the concert a bit ago, and she just finished her shower...it's already 10:30! ) And she's reading what I'm typing it's cute. I am amazed at how much she's learning and growing. Ahhhh my baby girl is growing up! *tear*

its not depo provera. that is a shot. this is just provera. really its progesterone or medroxy progesteron. I did ask cvs questions when i filled the prescription but the pharmacist really couldn't answer any of them. in his experience its used with estrogen as part of hormone replacement therapy but im not taking the estrogen so he's not sure what my dr wants to accomplish. so then i asked him about lowering DHEA and he wasnt sure it would have that effect on its own. the dr said today its safer to take this than not take it so i guess im going to start it tomorrow.

Progesterone should help prevent miscarriage. I mean, not always, but it is meant to insure that your body doesn't have a period, it's what I took for a week before the transfer and 10 weeks after since my body wouldn't have been making it on it's own...but I also took it with estrogen. I think it's odd that he'd make you take one with out the other, when it comes to pregnancy those two tend to go hand in hand. O.o

As much as I disliked the progesterone shots keeping baby there and healthy out weigh any dislike.

Mellie~ Glad to see they can't burst your bubble! I leave my work where it is. I will admit that I encounter obnoxious morons on a daily basis. I'm bubbly/pleasant until someone throws a tantrum. Then they get MEAN Snowie. ;p

Empress~ Congratulations! Take it one day at a time. If you're not satisfied with vague answers and it's stressing you out. Can you get a second opinion? Or ask another pharmacist. If I'm taking something I like to be clear on what it's for, how it works, side effects, etc.

How are you doing?

WOW! Time does indeed fly! I wonder if I was around here around the time of the birth and just managed to forget? Things have been so hectic all over lately I can scarcely remember last week!

My twins just turned 6. I still can't believe that!

I'm doing pretty darn good though. Works been going well, as have everything involving the kids and their schooling and hubby and work. It seems life just coasted by the summer and I have no idea where the time went. I refuse to admit to winter being on it's way! lol.

The only down side to lately is twisting my ankle last week. >.> haha. Reading and walking is a dangerous combination!

Yeah, I think I came in a little bit after she was born, but then things got hectic here too and I thought we were gonna be moving then my son and his girlfriend broke up. Time flew by with everything going on and I never seemed to get a chance to come back... until now lol.

I've not been working since November of last year, and then didn't have a babysitter once Aubrey was born. I have a neighbor now that is going to start babysitting for me, so I'm going back to work at the beginning of October. It makes me kind of nervous.

Ouch! Yeah, reading and walking is very dangerous... but then I trip even when I'm just walking :/ I was taking the baby to bed earlier, and I stepped on a purse I had thrown down in the floor, and almost fell over.

Oh god, carrying a baby and falling was always one of my worst fears. It probably didn't help that I often was carrying two at the same time. We had these concrete stairs at our first apartment that led up to the door. We'd already moved from it but I was going over to visit a neighbor that was like a wife to me, The twins were still pretty much newborns and as I was heading up I missed a step and almost fell, luckily she came out and caught me. But still. Dangerous. @.@

Going back to work is scary. I had 7 years off. xD

Yeah, she's almost 6 months. It seems like yesterday she was born. I want her to be little again... and less wiggly LOL I can't hardly hold her anymore, she's moving constantly.

I'm mostly worried about my mom falling with her. That was one reason I didn't go back to work right away. My mom isn't in the best health, and she stumbles and doesn't pick her feet up when she's walking.. she just sort of shuffles along. I don't really trust her to carry Aubrey through the house without stumbling into something and falling.

Oh my gosh what a cutie pie!

Ellie is a super wiggle, she hates getting her diaper changed soo much she tries to escape naked! She LOVES being naked!... I can't believe Ellie only has one more "first" holiday and will be only 2 months until she is a year :'(

Aww, thanks! :) It doesn't seem like it's almost been a year already! Aubrey is like that too, I thought it was just me getting older, but she wiggles around so much I usually have to have my mom help me hold her down just to change her diaper. She kicks and squirms and wiggles and rolls. It takes 5 minutes just to try to attach a new diaper to her.

<--- I is naked I can't find anything I like to go on bottom
