Well, I have my first even item, the headgear, and I'm trying to save up buds for the wings. I'll probably buy the other commons I want with gold.

I know leela. It makes it hard when we don't have much to offer but gold.

I'm trying to get everything, and investing my buds in wings, too. So if I can get them, I'll be sure to add them to your offer, Leels. After all, I have no use for it.

Well, I have my wings, am working on saving gold for the gown and plan on completing the orange orchid, burning desires and begonia sets with buds by the end of the event. I just wish I got as many buds as I do orchids. And on that note, I have to go get ready for work. Bye all!

Since this account is pretty simple, I'm using the buds i get here to buy all the cheaper pretties, and saving the buds I get on my main for one of the gowns--I think I'm going for the cherry one. That way I can save some gold and get a lot of teh lanterns and whatnot.

Wow!!! You guys are all doing so well on this event. All the items I've gotten so far I bought with Gold instead of buds. I'm trying to get enough for at least one pair of wings. :D

In my defense, I am on Mene pretty much all day while I'm at work. Depending on how well I do on bud collecting on my main tonight, I may log into that account here at work for teh remainder of teh event to hopefully get the 70 buds I need.

I'm much the same as you, Eternal. Yesterday and today I've been "slacking" a bit, but the first days of the event, I was horridly active. XD
