I wish I could speak more than one language.

@Jean: We learned english in elementary, as we pretty much live surrounded by english speakers. Video games, tv shows, reading and eventually writing in forums helped me a lot more than the classes did, in retrospect.

There's always time to learn, you know!

Yeah, young children have the ability to learn all languages easier. Then you have to work hard afterward X.x...

They really should. We should all be exposed to another language when we're young. I was, and I'm thankful for it now.

I'm surprised they don't make everyone learn spanish. I never took it...never cared to learn it. I can understand some of it as long as it is written because some words are quite similar still to their latin counterparts.

Yeah, I know some Spanish and Italian and some other languages when I see them just because of Latin. I only don't want to learn Spanish because it's so common.

You can't live in Texas without understanding at least a little bit of Spanish.
