Well, you see last year, we had a summer carnival. This year, we were set to have another one, except something came up with the organizer, and the original guy from carnival 07 said he didn't want anyone to do a carnival.
So I made this, because we needed a summer event. Then I got some help to host the other games, and made sure everything went along smoothly.
