That's only there because some of the images in the guide were screenshots pulled from the test forum, and you needed special access to get in there

Just click on the cross until it goes away.

This guide is in the process of being completely revamped and once that it done, the annoying pop-up will go away

It only appears on the first page if this thread anyway, I'd put a notice up about it, but they only work for forums, not individual threads..

I might add something in big red letters to the top of the first post instead

Well, yes. But it wasn't gone forever for absolute certain. I wasn't around when the software change took place. I just wasn't on Mene much at the time. When I came back it was kinda like whoa.

I'm far more inclined to veer towards a definite no. Don't forget that this guide was put together in April and the site has been sold again since.

There's a very high likelihood that the fishing game(and all the other old games) no longer even exist. I don't know for sure, but I'd say that it's highly unlikely that the sale to Insomniac would have included the previous database, because what would be the point of that? Useless and rubbish code for software we don't even use any more.

Also, there's no way on earth that he would have wanted to use any of the old games as the coding for them was so poor. Revamping them to his standards would be a waste of time/money too, as the games themselves suffered from inaccurate game play and just being plain boring. We need new games, not tedious old ones back.

The whole games issue is something that will be tackled in the future. Inso has big plans. But it will be a way down the line as the avatar system and numerous other things are his priority right now.

Ah, I see. Thanks for that. I just thought it was nice to have something with a unique aspect to it, which obviously the current games lack.

Yeah, the current games were just a stop-gap measure, Ken took the sub-standard old games down and purchased a package of others so that we didn't have none at all.

I mean we could do the same as they have on Zan and add a shedload of known and available games just to give people something to do when things are slow, but there'd be no gold earning from anything like that as you can't access the coding of games purchased in that manner, so there's no way of linking a game's score to the gold system.

Also when it is possible to do it it does require knowledge of Flash coding, which is a specific skill. Generally coders specialise in Flash, it's not something that anyone who codes will be proficient in. So many things hold us back when it comes to the games side of things, you see?

But as I said, the future will bring games, it just won't be an immediate thing as other things are higher up the priority list.

Ack, sorry I should probably remove that. I can't say definitively, but I think there were too many issues with the default post color which is why it wasn't implemented. I can't say whether or not this sort of thing will be in the cards in the future, as it really depends on Insomniac.

Hello, I'm trying to organize my inventory, but the drag-drop after clicking rearranging my drawers, doesn't work for me: it doesn't save. I can only organize my main-inventory. Is there anything I might be doing wrong? :s
