What seemed like a dozen alarms going off in the room all at the same time, Michael hummed as his tired eyes were still open and were now scanning the bed around him. Everyone had decided to rest in the same bed that night, for whatever reason, and Michael had ended up in the middle of it all. He'd grin softly as everyone would wake up, and then draw them all in for a hug as he sighed and nuzzled into Amy.

"Someone is affectionate this morning." Amy growled just before clearing her throat.

"Sexy." Michael joked and received a bushy haired scowl from Amy. Michael simply grinned and gently nudged her out of bed so they could all begin to prepare for traveling back home. If they missed the bus they'd not have a way home unless they relied on Amy's fiancee's wallet, not that he minded that too much, but he didn't like being in debt to someone.

Two hours of packing, ten minutes deciding everyone was hungry, eleven minutes arguing over where to eat, five minutes of silent treatment amongst them all, and seven minutes of travel time to the bus pickup location after deciding they weren't that hungry after all. Finally they were seated on the bus, and in the last possible second too. Michael was happily sat beside Amy towards the back of the bus in the last remaining seats while the other girls all took up one row further up. To be honest, both Michael and Amy were happy to have a quieter time in the back and just hang with each other. If she'd had it her way she would have just had Michael over for that weekend, but... she also knew the girls did know how to get down for a party and Michael wouldn't have been enough to suffice her party girl side.

"Just don't drool on me." Amy joked as she began to fall into a lull of sleep, listening to the thudthuding pattern of the wheels on broken highway. Michael gave a weak nod and had his head rested on her lap with his carry on bag as a pillow. Amy's fingers twisted and moved through his longer top locks until Michael had finally fallen asleep. He supposed it was a good thing that he'd not slept all night long. Possibly a good thing indeed. After what seemed like an impossible dream, or... rather... nightmare? No, it hadn't been all bad. More, modern-day-Alice-in-Wonderlandish.

Dragged to Vegas. Partied more than he probably ever would (In this lifetime.) Drunken married. Hauled off to a secret party that he... weirdly won and Amy was ecstatic about.

At least Amy provided him with an experience he'd never forget. In a good way. However, that chapter was closing, and hopefully a new one would begin. He'd forget all about...

Katiri.

Michael murmured the name in a breath that escaped in a long sigh as he'd shifted in his seat and then time escaped them, disappearing behind them in the form of white road strips.
