So many people are asking around wondering how to make gifs...one thing...you need a program that supports animation studios and the like....

For me i use Paint Shop Pro 7's Jasc Animation shop

ill explain it all here.

What ya need:
1.psp7(i might be wrong but i only have psp7 sorry)
2. no psp 7?go and buy yourself a art program that can do this, such as photoshop.
3.the clip/scene that you want to be made into a portable graphic
4.patience most of all
5.a folder of which you can store all the frame pics
6.a movie making program such as window movie maker
7.more patience

How to take pics of each frame:
1.get to the point that you want to start the gif from
2.in windows movie maker (if its the program you are using.for others, sorry idk where it is)look to the lower left of where the video is played at.one of those little buttons should look like a camera.
3.click it when you are ready to start.
4.make sure you zoom in all the way so you can get it right
5.start moving the littler timer play thingy to the right frame by frame.
6.save each time you move it
6.after it is all said and done, start up psp
7.click on file
8.scroll down until you see an option named "Jasc software products"
9.put mouse over it
10.more options appear
11.click on jasc animation shop
12 when it opens click on file
12.scroll down and click animation wizard
13.follow the steps and make sure you put all the frame pics in the correct order that you numbered them
14.the size can be whatever you want it to be.
15 when ready to view, click on view at the top and click the first option "animation"
16.make sure everything is the way you want it to be
17.when it is all done, click file>save as>wherever you want it to save to
18.upload it to your favorite image hosting website and vuala! a gif!

i hope it helped you ^^
