Last year someone gave me an orange for Halloween and I didn't eat it, I was too scared.

See, this is why I decided not to bake any sort of treats for Halloween, people might be too paranoid to accept them. That and I'm lazy.

I'm paranoid but I risk it and still eat it unless it's out of its wrapper. Then I just throw it out.

Depends on what kind of candy. A peanut butter cup or other kind of filled candy, probably. A hard candy, no. Soft gummy ones? Not sure.

I haven't gone trick or treating in years, so I don't have to contemplate the safety of my candy. Unless accepting free candies from the little old lady that runs the Chinese dollar store counts. But she gives me tasty candies :D

Well any soft candy can be easily injected with poison.
Just gotta be careful and know where to look for good safe candies.
