Yes sleep schedules are messed up a little for me too

My sleep schedule is messed up too!
It's gotten to the point where I had to start taking my sleep medication again because I wasn't falling asleep until like 3am most nights, and even if I did fall asleep before then, I would wake up 30 minutes after I fell asleep and stay up for hours more.
