I don't know about proper, but it certainly seems most common. After a while, particularly near the end of an event, there are a lot of "I'm so tired," posts about users not getting any sleep.

well mine comes from poor sleep with worrieing over mum. but yeah normally im more exausted from events then i am from anything else cause i stay up late posting like mad, then get up do a full day come home repeat. so by the end of an event im exhausted haha.
