I love my dog, but I gotta say cats...

I love dogs~ To me, they've always served as a loyal companion.. And they're cute too ^^ Haha~
Aside from my opinion, I really don't think either animal can be better than the other.

Even though I've never HAD a cat. I just like them. And I have my wonderful dog.

I prefer dogs and always have. I mean it doesn't mean I don't like cats. I just prefer dogs over a cat. I have two dogs and a cat. My cat is lazy and sleeps 90% of the time. But if you get technical I prefer horses.

I like cats better, but some dogs are like OMGSOOCUUTE;____;.

I love both and have one of each.

Wow you must really want to know what people like but in your opinion it's either or. Not both. I personally love cats and dogs as well as other many animals. ^^ I like dogs because of the way you can play with them, be a little rough sometimes, cats I like because you feel calm and loved when a cat brushes up against you or climes in your lap. ^^ I just like animals period. ^^

I would choose cats mostly the small ones there so cute and adorable but I like most animals anyways.

I really like both cats and dogs, but I think I'm more of a cat person. They're quieter, cleaner, and have much tinier teeth. .__.;; I mean, given a choice, I actually prefer small furry animals like ferrets, sugar gliders, rats, etc. or reptiles and amphibians, especially snakes and toads, but if I'm not the one responsible for the animal... I like pretty much all of them.

i would have to say dogs, i have 2 dogs and a cat, but i love the dogs a little more then the cat, but ya i love the cat too

I'd have to say Cats for me. They're nice and lazy, a dog is probably too energetic for me to take care of on a daily basis. Once in a while playing with a dog is cool, but I wouldn't have the strength or energy to do it all the time.
And I really love tigers and lions and lynx's and such which are related to cats. :3

Cats are better. Dogs smell bad even when you give them bathes and they need constant attention. Cats take care of themselves. Cleaning a litter box is more convienant than cleaning the yard and worrying about stepping on crap.

Well i used to say Cats..
And i have 2 that are amazing. I never really thought i liked dogs all that much.. and then one stumbled into my life and shes the best best best dog anyone could ever want. I love her to death.

For the longest time, cats were my favorites. I still love cats. I love any animal with fur! But for some odd reason, they started being a bit boring. Now, I like dogs better. And in a few years, once I'm a bit more financially stable, I'm gonna get me a dog! And this is what it'll be:

I love St. Bernards! They're so adorable! I'm gonna get a male, and I'm gonna make sure he looks exactly like that with the same type of markings, and as fluffy as possible! His name will be Lucifer, but I'll call him Luke for short. XD He's gonna be my big fluff-ball of awesomeness! It's really funny, because I'm rather short (not quite 5'1) and very petit (size 0), and yet I want one of the biggest dogs ever, and I'm gonna let him be my lap dog. XD I think it's rather grand, don't you? I want it to be a few years into the future right now so I can go get him!!!! :eager:

Well,i personaly Luvvvvv Kittens/Cats Dogs are cute but not to take care of.....cat hve mybe 3-4 accidents before they learn how to use the litter Box.

Dogs they aren't the smartest animals in the kingdom!

Birds should be there tocause there like ultimate includes tricks,petting,eeding...really gudstarting pet.A.K.A younger children..

I've grown up with dogs all my life, so my affinity lies with them. When I'm out in the world on my own, though, I think I will prefer to have a cat for the most part. Dogs are wonderful but they are a LOT of work, and until I'm ready to spend that much time on a dog, I'll be happy with a cat. Cats are great, too. ^_^

I grew up always wanting a pet dog, yet over time I have grown to love cats just as much. They're both intelligent creatures (mostly depending on the breed though XD) and they're both so lovable and cute. At this point I just can't decide which is better, so I guess I just have to say "Neither" on the poll.

Maybe you should add "both" to it?

These are my cats, the black one(Annwin - female) absolutely hates the male(Aries), yet if you look closely, she is touching him while they are sleeping on the couch. Which means the sun was shining right there, and she wanted the sun.
