This year will be the Year of the Rat. :D (My best friend was born the Year of the Rat, so I know it quite well. XD)
The dragon was selected by mystical means in the Staff Room. There were oracles involved, the tarot, we tried to sacrifice Rando to the elder gods, but Jurupamae stepped in and said we needed more male Staff... But that's what all the fortune-telling methods told us was appropriate!
