Jeryck, the confusion about Task 4 concerning the polls hasn't been cleared up yet. =\ jelly has deleted our threads, but the rules say that we can't make new threads/polls? =O How is this going to work out, then, if only one of the teams actually has a poll?

@Rylynne: As far as I know Blue Ninjas has a poll in Simplicity's quest thread @.@
Other teams already made their own ones too.
And I think everything is alright with all of them, since you don't need a topic about Pirates vs Ninja, but only a poll.

That's correct. You only need the poll, not the topic. For some taskes we might need threads of some sort, but for now it was only a poll.

I just happened to beat everyone in making a thread, therefore my team gets to keep it.

Edit: Can two people work on a single task, even if one of them has already completed a task? And then simply give credit to the person who hasn't completed a task yet?

Regarding the mascot, do we have to provide an image for it?
And if we do, do the same rules apply for the mascot as the flag?

Here's our main problem: I want to avoid art theft at any cost. If we use a photograph, I want to make sure it's taken by someone on our team, or that we've gotten permission by the artist/photographer before using it.

I think the rules regarding what images can and can't be used need to be clarified to make sure no one on any team steals someone else's art.

I also have a quest about choosing the team leader: Who gets credit for that? It's a team decision, not just that of a single person. Therefore, no single person should get credit for completing that task. I think the same rule should apply for the team name.

Cricket: I asked that question too and it was never answered. XD (the leader one). We just had one of our members fill out the form and send it in.

Yeah, but so far we don't have enough active team members in order to rightfully credit everyone. And sorry, I didn't see your leader question earlier. >.<

Oh, I was saying that there aren't enough people in our team that are actively working on this game. So we're gonna run out of people to give credit to, and it's not fair to give people credit who haven't done anything.

I don't understand this exactly.

If there's only 10 tasks and 18 members, how can the entire team complete all the tasks??
How are you supposed to know if "60% of the team," or whatever, "completes the tasks"??
It doesn't make sense to put only 60% or 30%, what would you get if your team got 50%??

Does this all depend on how many people work on tasks?? Or on how many tasks are done??

I'm sure this will all make sense after the first round. This is just supposed to be a fun game, so there's no point in getting all riled up over the rules.

For now, I think it would just be best if you could get as many members of your team to contribute as possible. x3

It may be a game, but I'm wondering if we're the players or if we're being played. There's no way everyone can complete the tasks, because it asks for a specific person, and we're not supposed to complete more than one task per person. It's extremely frustrating when you're trying to have fun and play a game, but half of the rules are missing, and half of the questions asked regarding the game are left unanswered.

Hads has an extremely good point and I was wondering that myself. We're basically screwed no matter how we go about completing the tasks.

Maybe it means about tasks, but says team members? I know some of our questions we're working together on~

Then what's the point of having rounds? Simmy, that doesn't really make sense... Because then everyone could complete it in one round and everyone would get their maps. =S

Its okay guys, this is the first time this game has been done and kinks need to get worked out. Thats what we're here for! Just have fun and try to help iron out the rules and see what needs tweaking. :)

I gotta say, I had no problem understanding the rules. <<,, You guys are seriously overthinking all of this. It will work out.

There are some rules that need to be clarified, especially when it comes to images taken off the internet (mascot, the ship in the family portrait, etc). I'm very anti-art theft.

I think it's just getting all the tasks done as a group ^_^ and right now the only thing each member has to do is dress their own avi up, the leader then assigns the rest of the tasks and makes sure they get done on time.

@Hads: I understood it the first time by replacing the word 'team members' with tasks. Although clarification is always good.

@Cricket: Well I believe the mascot and flag/clan symbol needs to be completely hand-drawn and the ship should be just something you find on the Internet and paste on to the family portrait.

I have voted in the polls of all the other teams. Everyone is well on their way to getting the 30 votes so that's great ^^
