Lunastar- I cannot speak for you, but ever since I signed up for Menewsha I have spent 98% of my 'avatar site time' on here, as opposed to Gaia. The commercialism, focus on the 'rich getting richer' through the lottery and fishtank bit, all of the advertisement everywhere...

Here things are based on community. Even this tiny charity is getting you to talk to people who have been around for a little while, then we help you get to a point where you are no longer nekkid (and offer you some good tips on where to go from here, to buy accessories or to charities which offer you better clothing but have higher requirements, such as more posts).

It would be great if you were able to find your niche and make yourself comfortable here. :) You're almost there on posts by the way. That wasn't too painful, was it?

Oh, I hang out mainly in the AT, so I do have my little community. I ignore the lottery, Bootygrab is okay. It is getting a bit annoying, but I love making avis and hanging out with the people Ive met too much. But I mainly make gold through contests and drawing the occasional (bad) art. xD.

I see, Ive heard that like, a bunch of the forums on Gaia are like really bad (Chatterbox for example) So thats good to know that everything is based on communty. xD.

Lunastar- Regretfully there are no premade post formats. However you may use the phpBB code to colour your posts any way you like.

I'm guessing AT stands for Avatar Talk. I mainly stay in Extended Discussion or a handful of select guilds that are a little less... overwhelming. The lack of intelligence among the populace on gaia is on average much lower than here on menewsha.
