I am watching Doctor Who and I just watched the end of the 10th Doctor's run. Makes me a bit sad....and a lot British. I catch accents/dialects if I watch too much foreign tv. I start talking like they do without meaning to do so. It's weird. lol. The worst part is I don't entirely have control over it. Makes life interesting. At least my hubby gets a laugh out of it most times. lol ^_^'

By the way, due to the fact that we are having an event right now so things are more quiet in the 'normal' areas of the site as the attention is concentrated in the event areas. @Lizzy-dear- Welcome back. You are safe here. There is always a fine line when somebody is giving away something out of the goodness of their hearts for free but there is also things such as... understanding, empathy, friendship, and discression... especially if somebody is under stress already. Whenever you are comfortable, all you need to do is ask and I will re-add you to the whitelist. However if you are still hesitant, that is fine as well. It is an honour, but it does carry a bit of responsibility, so if you wish to be free from that and just hang out here as a safe haven, that is just fine with me and my birds :)

@mieka-dear; We haven't forgotten about you. However there are some 'real world' annoyancees that are bothering me... to the point where they might end up in my having to get a restraining order against somebody who is in vast denial about their abusive behaviour towards me, and when I try to warn them that it is bordering being abusive and bringing up my PTSD they scream at me and accuse me of rather detestable things and leave when they are meant to be a caretaker to a disabled person (I have a horridly messed up back/spine). Something extra might fall from the 'shiny pile' for your patience. :) The Crow may be hard to kill, however xe is also still... human.

My own real life is having it's own issues.

i'm now 23 weeks pregnant and nearly two weeks ago i had my gaul bladder removed. i am still healing from the surgery currently.

Guess who spent all afternoon at the doctor's office? I had three different appointments (thankfully all in the same physical building). Also, random additional chatterings etc as well. Thankfully I had one of The Dresden Files books on me. Once I rest, maybe my birds will nudge me to to tending to what needs to be done here. They have a general idea but they need my seal of approval. Hang in there, everyone!

I have never and don't think science will ever advance enough for me to experience giving birth to a child, but that doesn't make your chronic pains and health care cautions any less valid. In fact you are caring for two while I just have to keep brushing the dirt off of myself. Take good care!
