It is your responsibility to carefully read and understand the following Terms of Service. By accessing, browsing, using and/or registering on Menewsha, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms, including any current guidelines and any future modifications to the Menewsha Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, then please do not use Menewsha.

It is absolutely imperative that you never display any personal information that could be used to locate you in the real, off-line, world; including but not limited to: full real name, your full home or mailing address, or any of your personal telephone numbers.

Individual and General Use:

When, and at all times during use, you will be subject to any and all additional rules and guidelines including, but not entirely limited to [Menewsha’s Rules and Guidelines], and any Announcements or “Stickied” threads that appear in any of Menewsha’s forums. All such Guidelines are hereby incorporated by reference into these terms.

Modification of these Terms:

Menewsha Staff reserves the right to, without prior notice and at our own discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to periodically check and make sure you understand these changes.

Prohibited:

By using Menewsha, you agree NOT to:

1. "stalk", harass, threaten, or defraud other Menewsha Members
2. send, post, or make available any pornographic, threatening, embarrassing, hateful, racially or ethnically insulting, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate messages to other Menewsha Members
3. make any unsolicited offers, advertisements, proposals, chain letters, or send junk mail, to other Members
4. impersonate any other person or access another Member’s account without prior permission
5. fail to follow through on any payments for purchases made on Menewsha
6. share Menewsha passwords with third party individuals or encourage other Members to do so
7. misrepresent the source, identity, or content of information posted by you on Menewsha, an example being plagiarizing or claiming work that is not yours
8. use Menewsha at any time for any illegal purpose
9. interfere with, modify, or disable any security-related feature of Menewsha
10. purposefully interfere with the affairs of Menewsha or any Member’s enjoyment of it, or purposefully posting any provocative statements to get responses – known as “Trolling”

Consequences for Site Violation:

All Menewsha Members are subject to the following when in violation of the previously mentioned Prohibited conduct:

1. Major infractions of Prohibited conduct will result in the account(s) of the guilty party to be locked from all Member access, also known as “Banning” or “Banned”.
2. Menewsha Staff reserves the right, at its own discretion, to Ban any accounts suspected of violating the Terms of Service.
3. Members are permitted to submit an inquiry to Menewsha Staff regarding the Banned account within Sixty (60) days of the Ban.

Account Information:

Menewsha use is not granted to any Members suspended or removed from Menewsha. You agree that the information you provide to Menewsha on Member registration and, at all other times, will be true, accurate, current and complete. You also agree that you will ensure that this information is kept accurate and up-to-date at all times.

Password:

When you register as a Member you will be asked to provide a password. As you will be responsible for all activities that occur under your account, you should keep your password to said account confidential. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you have reason to believe that your account is no longer secure (for example, in the event of a loss, theft or unauthorized disclosure or use of your password, or any credit, debit or charge card number), you will immediately notify Menewsha Staff.

Ownership:

Menewsha is owned and operated by Escalate Media LP. The visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, information, computer code, products, software, services, and all other elements of Menewsha, provided by Menewsha, including without limitation any artwork, virtual items, Menewsha Gold, member Online When you register as a Member you will be asked to provide a password. Accounts or User IDs, are protected by United States copyright, trade dress, patent, and trademark laws, international conventions, and all other relevant intellectual property and proprietary rights, and applicable laws. Except as expressly authorized by Escalate Media, you agree not to buy, sell, license, distribute, copy, modify, publicly perform or display, transmit, publish, edit, adapt, create derivative works from, or otherwise make any unauthorized or commercial use of the previously mentioned items.

Messaging and Menewsha Forums:

You are welcome to post, transmit or submit chat and messages – known hereon as “Messages” within, or in connection with, Menewsha. Menewsha accepts no responsibility whatsoever in connection with or arising from such Messages. Menewsha does not endorse and has no control over the content of Messages submitted by others on Menewsha Forums. Messages submitted to Forums are not reviewed by Menewsha prior to posting and do not necessarily reflect the opinions or policies of Menewsha. Menewsha makes no warranties, expressed or implied, as to the content of the Messages in the Forums or the accuracy and reliability of any Messages and other materials in the Forums. Nonetheless, Menewsha reserves the right to prevent Members from submitting content to Forums and to edit, restrict or remove such Messages for any reason at any time.

In submitting Messages to the Forums, you agree to strictly limit yourself to discussions about the subject matter for which the Forums are intended. You agree that Menewsha Staff accepts no liability whatsoever if it determines to prevent your Messages from being submitted or if it edits, restricts or removes your Messages.

Gold System:

Throughout your time on Menewsha, you may accumulate "Gold”. Gold is the fictional currency used in the world of Menewsha and it may be used to purchase virtual goods or virtual services which are stored in the Member's inventory and can be used to enhance the look of the Member's on-line player, also known as an "Avatar." Menewsha may distribute Gold without charge, in its sole discretion. Regardless of situation, Gold represents a fictional currency and has no real value, and is not transferable or redeemable for any sum of money or monetary value from Menewsha at any time. You agree that Menewsha Staff has the absolute right to reduce, manage, regulate, control, modify and/or eliminate Gold as it sees fit in its sole discretion, and that Menewsha will have no liability to you based on its exercise of such rights. Menewsha Staff may halt, suspend, discontinue, or reverse any Gold transaction (whether proposed, pending or past) in cases of actual or suspected fraud. Violations of these Terms and/or other laws and regulations, or any deliberate disruptions or interference within Menewsha may result in the offending account(s) and Internet Proxies(s) being banned.
