Name of creation:Sugared Pecans
Notes: This is something of a holiday tradition and they make up a good portion of our gifts each year (well part of the gift bags at any rate.) They usually get sent out in a container alongside candy, banana bread, and sugar cookies. We altered the recipe slightly, but this is more or less the bare bones of what was added:
1 egg white
1 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/2 to 3 cups pecan halves
