I've been fallowing a potential witch for a month now. the boy seems to have a group of kids he works with. their thieves. true. but he takes care of the younger kids. I intervened in a Merchant's attempt to harm him today. Rules or no rules, i couldn't stand by and let a child, especially a witch, be harmed. those could lead to dire repercussions.
