I hate EB Games, those a***holes! I hate this! :angry:
How bloody hard is it for them to send my X-Box to get repaired or give me a brand new one, because even though I have been promised a full refund, which I know I won't get, it still wouldn't cover the cost of having my console repaired plus to shipping to get it to the nearest Microsoft Service Centre.

This is one customer that EB has lost! Just because they are the only place in town does not mean they can f*** people about like this.
