This weekend has been completely stressful. I've been trying to stay out of my family's business; I end up stressing over it more than they do. And no matter how much I try to stay out of it, they drag me back in.

I'm trying to stop, I really am. I'm so sick of getting anxiety attacks because of them. But its like I tell them I don't care, and they say the right things to make me care. How am I supposed to get better if they only hinder me?

Does this make me a horrible person, because I don't want to care anymore? I can't stand this. I want it to stop. How can I make it stop?
