[COLOR="Blue"][CENTER]Some of you people reading this may or may not know, but I'm a Christian. I'm strong in my faith, but I'm not as devote as I'd like to be. I go to a Christian College and we have different services that we can go to each day.
Tonight, there was Vespers. At first, I wasn't sure I was going to go, I thought it was at 8:30 but it turned out to be at 9:30 so I was able to go. I'm very glad I was able to go.

While singing one of the songs, a memory came to mind. It was brought up because of the song. I remembered an event that happened last Halloween. That day, was a school day and I had P.E. I had dressed up in a really cool costume with giant goth boots. ^^ Well, I wanted to get the boots off rather quick, so I asked one of my friends to grab the boot and pull. They did, and when it happened, it upset my balance and I ended up doing something similar to the splits. Well, then, assuming that the lockers were bolted to the wall, I put all of my weight on the lockers and lifted myself back up to my feet. Well, turns out that the lockers weren't bolted to the wall. A set of six lockers fell on me. I could have been seriously injured or killed in this incident. Luckily my friend and some others were there to get the lockers off of me, though there's more to this than what it appears.
The way I landed, was awkward. There is a rather short bench about a foot or two away from the lockers, and my back fell against that and my knees had to bend at an odd angle. Though out of the whole experience, the only injury that I got was to my left hand, and a fear of lockers. If it had been my right hand, because of the way the locker doors close, my first two pinky digits would have been cut off. That's how bad the door of the locker cut into my index finger of my left hand.
Well, during that time, people told me that God had to of been with me when it all happened to protect me like that. I knew that for a fact, but it didn't hit me until tonight.
When I got there, I didn't know that the lesson was about giving your everything to God. Though that's what I did.
I'm a Christian, but out of church and youth group, I don't do anything for God. I want to during church, but out of it, I pay it little mind. Tonight showed me that I owe everything to God. My life and my all. So, from this point on, I'm going to be more Christ-like. And I'll be doing my best to glorify God and Jesus.

New person to add to the list I had from a previous blog named "Is it the Year of Death or something?"

A couple of days ago, a family friend died so, for September:
Ronald S.- Age 47; died on September 14, 2008 in his sleep.

I grew up with his son and daughther, and have known him since I was three. So yeah...The year on death continues on....

On a lighter note, I will try to start being more active again. Lately it hasn't been because of school, but instead monopoly and star ocean. xD

o.o;; I also got a cell phone. My dad said I was asking my sister about it( and her plan) and since he got 2 free phones when he switched plans, he got me one. o.0;; It wasn't really that I wanted a phone, but I just about needed one, espicially because of the sucky transportation from tech to my highschool, particulary on test days. I need something to use to contact for a ride. XD
But Yeah....I hate talking on the phones and crap. That is probably the only reason why he put me on the plan: My phone conversations average is 25 secounds. xD I won't be running up a phone bill.

Well...Hello all! I'm new here, obviously...so I must say, that it is fun to find out that there is a blog! YIPPEE! I'm happeh, because there's nothing I like to do more than post a random thing every other month after forgetting about this whole blog thing. :sarcasm: So...Here's my first blog. :shock: I should say something about myself...neh?

Well...to start off, I am a 19 year old anime freak with a lot of time on my hands. Trust me, I have a LOT of time on my hands! Basically I sit at home all day and watch TV or get online. Like this one time, I was at home, and I watched cartoon network all day. It was kinda lame, but I saw this one cartoon, and WOAH was it stoopid. It's called Skunk fu...and...:offtopic: Oops! Anywho...I'm an artist. I draw anime. Not all that great, but I suppose I do alright. The worst thing for me to draw is hands. To be honest, I think my hands ruin the pictures. OH! And some poses I find really hard to draw. I've gotta find a new way to draw! lol...I start off with...:offtopic: Crap!


Anywho...since I can't focus...it seems, I'll be keeping up with this hopefully, :sweat: So that you can maybe learn something about me. Yeah...Anywho...LATERZ!

:insane: I'm not going to say too much right now but I will tell you a few things about who I am to get myself started here.

I'm an adult female and a Canadian.

This is my one true love (don't panic it's a platonic relationship). I know he looks very fierce in this picture but the truth is that he's just sassy <3

I am pretty dorky and I love love love toys and collections. I have a collection of 350 or so Pez dispensers and I love them dearly. However I am really not partial to the candy. (I will post pictures of my collection on another day.

One of my very favorite things to do is cooking. I adore creating soups from scratch and I would love to find a creative way to make this into a career.

I'm not artistically talented (due to laziness not lack of potential) but I am creative. I love drawing, painting, making plushies and writing. I'm not super good at any of these things but I do them because they feel good and make my insides feel shiny.

I love thrift shopping however I really need to be careful not to bring home too much random "treasure" when I do indulge myself. I have a tenancy to "rescue" random rejected homemade toys and things because I feel badly for the granny who spent hours making them.

If there was one crafty sort of thing I'd love to be super talented in it's needle crafts of all kinds. I can really only knit and only things which are square or rectangular so umm I make lots of striped scarves.

I'm not religious although I do find religion and spirituality very interesting. I could call myself an atheist and not be incorrect but for some reason it just doesn't feel like the correct way to define myself.

Anyway, I'll keep posting here from time to time.
