place both of your hands together like your praying (palms together and fingers NOT laced)
Step 2:
Pull your hands apart but keep your finger tips touching.
Step 3:
now imagine a ball of energy, light purple, and slowly bring your fingers apart, the energy is now split into both of your hands and allow it to soak into your upper half, once you can imagine it over you like a coat, push fragments of it to your lower half and you'll soon enough be relaxed!
if you did it right, you'll feel a balance between cold and warm in your body.[/COLOR][/B][/FONT]
