[CENTER][SIZE=2][COLOR=DeepSkyBlue]So there was an assembly at school today that took place after fourth hour (which is the last class of the day right) and because I don't have a fourth hour I went home after all my shortened classes had finished. Everyone was like, "You have to come to this pep assembly! Its the last one of your senior year and its going to be great blah blah blah!" and I was just like.. "no" haha.

So I didn't go. And sure enough, after it was over I got like 9 or 10 text messages and a phone call saying that it was lame and I was just like "I told you so". : )

So yeah. 10 more days of school! So nervous/excited!

But I have plans to hang out with Louise tomorrow evening after she gets home from taking her brother to the zoo. Her schedule has been so busy with her work for so long that she hasn't really spent time with her family or friends in ages. She finally managed to get a day off every week, which will now be Saturday's so we're celebrating or something! Kickin' it old school like before she got that crap job at McDonalds that never gives her time off even though she's a full time high school student! Loserfaces : (

Still looking for a job - mostly waiting for a call from the movie theatre people, but I only just sent out that application uh.. Monday night? So technically Tuesday afternoon by the time that they got it sorted and all that jazz ; ) But I want it so bad. My dad is going to talk to his people at Lowes and see if I can't get a job there since I turn 18 in just under two months anyways (they require you to be 18 for liability reasons) and I was given permission to go up by the mall to search for jobs so that will help since more people are hiring there than they are here in Surprise. Let's hope something works out eh?

I got home from school about a half an hour ago (whoo!) which is earlier than any other day that I get out of the week haha! Can you believe that I only have 10 days left of my Senior year before I have to leave? I'm so nervous! Graduation is on the 22nd which I'm really excited for, but you know, I'm just... I have a lot to do before graduation.

I got my hair done last night, so that can be checked off my list. Not really liking it though.

I have to handle my announcements and invitations, come up with a grad party for the family, figure out where I'm going for dinner, who I'm hanging out with after and what we're doing, what I'm going to wear. The whole nine yards essentially. There's just so much to do in so little time.

The new contest for the Project Mene competition was announced last night. Its a partnered contest this time, along with item requirements for each group. Spring`Tyme Fresh is my partner this week! And we have to use the Yellow Cutie Scarf, Sweet Witch Hat, and Bustier of First Love. There goes any hope of additional colors, but what can you do eh? We're hoping for a mac update before the deadline so we can take advantage of the new layers and stuff, but that's still to be determined. If we don't get one, we're just going to fall back on what we can do with what we've got now. Who knows? Maybe we'll get lucky? Here is a preview of some stuff I've made for this challenge just to familiarize myself with the items we have to use:

OH! I almost forgot! My iHome broke last night because of a surge of static electricity and the electrical output already being generated from the wall socket power cord thing whenever I went to turn it on last night, which is really sad! I've only had it since Christmas, but it served me well. I'm exchanging it either today or tomorrow for a new one : (
