Hello everyone! I was hoping for the jounals back, but this works just fine! I sure hope the people who paid for their journal, gets their gold back though :sweat:.

Many of you have seen me on the forums, but as of late I haven't been on a lot. I would like to take the time to explain to everyone.

My brother is BEYOND lazy, and he does a bunch of stuff behind their backs, and in order to punish him, they have to punish me as well. Not fair? Tell me about it...


Anyways, he's been doing a lot worse as of late, and I've been having to sneak on here in oder to talk to my friends, and thread co-owners.

Another reason I haven't been on a lot, is because I'm wrapped up in a BUNCH of stuff! My house flooded back in August, and we had construction in November. We had to let the new concrete dry for about 2 months! So, I got my walls covered in a new layer of paint, I ripped up my carpet, and put down new hardwood floors, and I'm slowly getting new furniture and setting it up, so I can have a room again.

I am also a part of something called Relay For Life. I help raise money for Cancer Research. I have been doing it for about 5 years now, and I am very proud of it. If you would ever like to make a donation, please feel free to PM me, and I can arrange it for you! :D

[SIZE="1"]Now I haven't noticed this so much on Menewsha yet (maybe because I'm on a sort of hiatus right now really), but I don't think it's happened too much yet.

I'm talking about my right to complain. My right to be disappointed if I miss out on an opportunity or fail in an event. And my right to express that in a calm manner. I'm not talking about wailing and weeping, cursing those who did win etc, and saying that something was a fix. I'm talking about just saying 'damn, my luck is bad' or even 'Bah, guess I have to try again.'
Really, does everything we have to type online have to be sanitised and cheerful? For fucks sake, we all have emotions, and being able to express them without being made to feel like you're a whiny two year old would be nice.
If I'm angry, I'm going to BE angry. If I'm frustrated, then I'm going to be upset and say so!
If people want to be all sunny even when something goes wrong fair enough, bottle those feelings up and enjoy that ulcer.
But you would be a damn liar if you sat there and claimed that you NEVER EVER feel anything other than happiness.[/SIZE]

So, the work trip is nearly over, only a week [if that] left. Sadly, that won't end my busyness.
We are terminating our lease May 28th, and we still haven't gone apartment 'shopping' [since we've been out of the state], So, once we do get home, we have to look at places, pack, move, unpack, and then right after moving, we have to go out on another work trip [including going to a convention for computer geeks]. Grawr.

I can't wait for respite.
