| lovely, rainy evening | lovely, rainy evening Yup, it's raining off and on here. Not the dreaded storming. Just had my snack of cashews and m n m peanut candy. I restrained myself cuz Mr x is here. By myself, I struggle with restraint. And just finished 25 short Sherlock stories. Mr x is fiddling with his kindle. I didn't work on taxes. Rats. Had to do wash.
I lost my temper last night... In a dream. This creepy neighbor from my childhood was there. I was giving him the stink eye. But then his 2 daughters went into my backyard to play on my trampoline or pool table or something. I righteously stomped back there and exclaimed loudly, get out! You have some nerve... I think I woke suddenly then. And had to revisit the memory of that neighbor. Can you put things out of your mind? Unpleasant things, I mean? I have trouble. Sometimes I'll start thinking something then utter, Stop. Sometimes it works. It doesn't help that I live in the town I grew up in. I drive by my old schools, my folks house is 2 blocks away. One day I gotta move away from here. Anyway, they say you can't do things in a dream that you wouldn't do in real life. So I guess it's in me to be able to speak up if I was wronged. | | Comments | | Total Comments Comments | No comments have been made yet |
