Oh yeah, mama! I'm reading a wowser of a book. The one about the keys. Turns out part of the secret is some eugenics discovery the 4 folks ancestors had participated in. These were 4 random folks. Already there's a burgeoning romance between two of them. Tho the woman is in an abusive marriage. One woman might be turning rogue. It was her ancestor who invented this controversial powder. I have to slow down the pace. How often do I stumble upon a truly, engrossing book? Not often! I have to read a lot of toad kill before I find a prince of a book. So I'll stop and savor the paper roses.

In the meantime I'll enlighten you to my medical tests. Member my dizzy spell and light headedness? They're not sure. I took lab tests, tread mill stress test, EKG. Doesn't seem to be heart related. They have me scheduled for a neck ultrasound in couple weeks. I do seem to have low pressure which is odd. They're nervous cause I do have Ch and history of heart trouble. Dad had heart attack at 64. He was a runner like me, too. And his mom past from a stroke at 43. They're having me try prilosec for couple weeks. But that's supposed to cause dementia. I need my train cells!

Mr x made his pasta dish. It's a leisurely Saturday. I plan to clear off tread mill that has all these empty boxes on it. You see an empty, clean box and save it for some future project. What you see... Opportunity. What others see... Mess.
