| rich uncle pennybags | rich uncle pennybags So Safeway is running this monopoly promotion. You get tickets when you check out. Some are instant winners. Like today I got 3 free tickets for a large avocado, granola bars, and tissues. The other part of ticket goes on this tiresome monopoly playing board. I just don't have the patience to do that, plus read all the persnickety rules. Well Mr x is doing it. Good for him! So far we've won 5 bucks. He was working on the rug, all bent over, doing it. I said, you're like that lil monopoly man. We both, of course, didn't know his name. So I looked it up. It's the title. You're welcome. Funny name, isn't it?
So I was thinking how a country like north Korea or Russia would play monopoly. It'd be totally different. And I was googling books like 1984. Something called, We, came up. And, A Brave New World. 451 Fahrenheit. Ooh, leads! Started another book about an English woman in the past going to morocco.
It's hot again. Was 95*. And that's no laughing matter. No soup. Going to have tortilla chips now. | | Comments | | Total Comments Comments | No comments have been made yet |
